Disgraceful customer service! The store had a sign posted «20% off toys». After spending a lot of my time looking through the toys and having an entire cart full of stuff a staff member said the sign was left over from a previous sale. The sign had no dates on it. The STORE MANAGER said he would not honor the posted sign and told me next time go to Wal-​Mart.
This probably explains why I was the ONLY customer in the store. You can find a better selection and better prices at stores like Farm & Fleet or Menards.

This store has a terrible return policy. I tried to return a pond pump 10 min after I purchased it an the store would not let me return it because the bottom of the box had some water spots on it. Not to mention I paid a little over $ 80.00 for it an found the same one on amazon for $ 37.00,

This store is new in Rochelle and has amazing staff. They are friendly and will go our of their way to help anyone. There sales are great and if you need almost anything they will probably have it. They have military days on Monday and Senior Days too. Try to stop by and see all the great things they have to offer.
