Great experience! I was given tips on which bikes would suit my needs without pressure to purchase. Service was friendly and professional. When I left I felt happy with my purchase. Bonus! I was able to do this all during my lunch break. I’m not sure why the other reviews are poor as I had a positive experience and I would recommend this store over the others in the area that I have visited.

I bought an expensive bike 2k. Happy with bike; I went back to get bike shoe. christen was helping me. He was not willing show 2nd model made of the shoe made by same manufacturer;
He made general comment that all models fit same etc…
I would expect a better service/​consultation from a dedicated bike store and willingness to help.
i will not go back to this location. Other hand I hade great experience in «Pro bike» shop

Worse experience. Relocated to Pitt and needed Mt bike tuned up to ride w my daughter. Took it in thinking trek was good brand so service should be good. Overheard comment about shitty lefty fork, not a big fan myself but not sure I should hear about it as first time customer. Tell me a couple day after checking bike out. I go back a week later after not hearing anything to find out it was looked at and ‘put aside’. No idea what that means. Explain I really want my bike. Wait two more days go in and find they haven’t done anything. Not even air in the tires. Walking out coworker asks if I’m all set. I’m rolling my bike with flat tires out of your shop… not even close to all set. Horrible experience!
