I couldn’t make this up if I tried. Took several garments to get cleaned. When I picked them up, I was shocked that the bill was over $ 70! But that isn’t even the problem. One of the coats I brought in was not only returned filthy, but it was also damaged. Damage, they say, that was caused either by their ironing process, or damage caused by me. Regardless, they are not claiming responsibility. After two weeks of trying to get a hold of a manager, I went to pick up the coat, but they couldn’t find it. I finally received the coat back, with ADDITIONAL DAMAGE, but no refund or replacement value was offered. Like I said — I couldn’t make this up if I tried. I will never return, will take my business elsewhere will advise anyone I can to NOT patron this business.
