Very nice owner.
We had trouble getting our order completely delivered. Some items were back ordered, and frankly, I think we slipped through the cracks, because when a few weeks went by, I called to inquire about when the other furniture would be in, they seemed surprised we were still waiting.
When they finally came in, I took a day off to stay home and wait for the delivery, but they did not come. I asked them to bring them the next morning, but the delivery guy said he’d have to make sure his other customer «was ok with that.» I was kind of mystified that they wouldn’t be willing to do a small courteous act in delivering my order first thing the next day… he did it begrudgingly.
Icing on the cake – I just noticed one barstool they finally delivered is used, dirty, and I will have to have it repaired… I didn’t have time to inspect it the morning they delivered it. My fault. But why are they selling me used, broken furniture as new? I didn’t get a discount and I will have to pay to fix it.
So it’s a fine place to get some lovely, unusual furniture at a fair price from some nice people. you might want to look carefully at what you get, and expect to be flexible on your delivery timeline.

The owner contacted me and offered to pay for repairs we had made to the damaged furniture. She had not personally inspected it and the person responsible for the delivery mishaps and the poor condition of the item is no longer with the company. She apologized and tried to make it right, which goes a long way in restoring my good opinion of their business. Looking back, I could have given them one more phone call to give them a chance to make it right.

This business is owned by a mom with multiple children. I went in with my family and we felt very welcome. Bo’s kids were in the store and all the kids played, which meant I could shop. I was mortified by my kids jumping on a sofa. Bo laughed and told me they had that same sectional at home and it holds up to jumping kids fine. I have a sectional by the same maker now. After almost 2 years, it looks brand new despite a competitive gymnast practicing on it, and a whole crew of people eating on it.
We went back last week to furnish our media room. As soon as we pulled in the drive, my daughter said to her brother, «that’s where our friends live!»

My husband and I walked into the store and there was a desk attendant helping a couple and a male sitting on a chair looking at paperwork. The desk attendant made eye contact and NEVER said a word to us, not even a –HI!
We moved from another state and are looking for furniture, this a place I would NOT! visit again.
