Terrible service. And the portions were tiny for the price. There are plenty of Mexican places in the area that are better

Brandy is an awesome bartender. Attentive, has a great personality, quick, up beat, and I could go on! Great traits to have for this industry! Great night÷

«Nice Job cleaning up!» Is something you will never hear at this location. The table next to us had dirty dishes/cups for an hour before it was finally cleaned even though they weren’t busy and several servers and even a manager walked right by it. I don’t blame the servers since that’s like blaming a child for bad parenting. It’s clear this location has weak managers that don’t train staff well and/or don’t hold them accountable. It’s common to see dirty floors and tables that need to be bussed while staff and managers don’t seem to care. I can only imagine what other basic responsibilities are being neglected(washing hands etc). Wait times for food is way too long even when the restaurant is nearly empty. One common and extremely irritating mistake they make is to bring out our food but forget our kids food which we then wait for while our entrees get cold. That happened the past two times we regrettably ate at this dump. Note: we never go during peak hours so there is no excuse for how poorly managed this location is.

Second time at this location and it has been terrible both times. I am an OTB fan and regular but this one is the worst. Took an hr to get seated when the wait was 25 min… food was also terrible, fajitas were cold by the time they brought out the over cooked tortillas. Definitely won’t be back to this location

We came here and we didn’t expect anything great but we were wrong. It was busy and we were seated right away. They gave us chips and salsa and we ordered our drinks and guacamole. The guacamole was good. The service was fantastic, our waitress Fleshia was great! We got our drinks quickly, the only problem was my lemonade tasted very watered down but I’m sure they would’ve fixed it if we asked. We ordered our food and it came out pretty quickly. I got the ranchiladas and they were delicious! I would definitely come here again.

This location has got it going on. We came before our 7pm movie on a Friday night. Showed up at 5:30pm, got excellent service, recommendations and out in time to make our movie. Staff was courtious and location was very clean.

I am a huge fan of OTB, however this location lacks so much of the typical OTB luster. Service is horrible– we’ve gone several times and sat in different areas, but it seems like it’s a trend of bad wait staff or maybe poor management. It just takes one bad waiter or manager to ruin a great places

Stopped by for Endless Enchiladas. The Spinach and mushroom enchilada was heavenly! Our server, Alexis, was fabulous. We were in a bit of a rush and she had our food out in under 10 min. I would suggest giving this place a try especially if you need to get in and out in a hurry!

Came here on National Margarita Day. It was super busy. So I’m not holding that against them. The special was nice! $ 2 for a 12oz margarita. I had 2 on ice and I felt REALLY excellent! So we sat out on the patio on a cold night. Thank goodness they had plenty of outside heaters, or else it would have been really uncomfortable. We sat down and someone dropped off the chips and salsa. But then 5 – 10 mins go by and no one comes by to take our drinks order or food. So eventually I flagged someone down and asked for a server. We ordered our drinks and food. Later on after every one elses’ food came out, our waitress came out to inform me my fried stuff jalapenos were out and they couldn’t prep any more jalapenos. Okay… so I ordered something else instead. Our queso and nachos were decent. But not much to rave about. The margaritas were good and strong though. So really, I would come back for the drinks and during happy hour.

Wasn’t expecting much, given this is a chain restaurant. However, they managed to disappoint even my already lowered expectations. Had ordered a pickup and they forgot to put in my son’s side order of fries for his meal and the toppings that went along with his tacos. Plus, on the extra taco I had ordered, I had specifically asked that the toppings be put to the side. That was ignored, as well. Didn’t discover all this till I got home. By then, it was too much hassle to go back and point out the deficiencies.

Cold food… slow night… no excuse… Very disappointed. We came here hoping for some half decent tex mex, but we couldn’t even get that. We definitely won’t be coming back. I should have read the Unilocal reviews before coming here. :-(

We have visited this establishment since it opened with less than service until tonight. Being a former restaurant employee for many years I tend to give the benefit of the doubt. Tonight on the other hand we had excellent service from the lady cocktail. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She was awesome with the kids and did amazing with food service. My 8 year old had brought in his special rock«granite» that he found on the play ground that day. After we were gone and realized we left it I called a couple hours later and they had put his rock in lost and found because our waitress knew it was special to him. Thank you thank you!

The food is bland, nothing special. It took just one visit, I don’t see myself going back.

So beware of the good olé ‘bait and switch’. The good Happy Hour things are no longer available — even though still on their website. How hard is to update a website anyways — food is tolerable when discounted and with discounted drinks. At $ 10.99 or greater per entrée and full price apps definitely not worth it. The local competition is a better option! Anyway, thought we’d share — they probably only did the HH to get everyone used to coming on for it. And it’s still up on website but they will not honor? Crappy way to do business! We will not be back.

The service today has been really bad in the bar area. We sat forever waiting to be served, the table of ladies waited and had to get the assistant manager, the older folks in their 70’s have been waiting for service just as long. Instead of 2 bartenders standing around, maybe get out and help!

I’m disappointed. Nothing was right from the start to finish, and I’m usually a forgiving dude. I would rather not eat than to go here again. I went in for happy hour and ordered mostyly from that menu. I ordered cheese and guac, a drink, a combo plate and stuff jalapeños. I got the combo plate first. Ate that and midway thru, my drink came out. I finished my lunch and never got the order for the cheese guac and peppers even though i placed that order first. To be fair they were busy at 1pm. Guess they should have a better system set up for better customer service. Food was so so. I would return but it will be during a non busy time.

This is like grocery store freezer section Mexican food. It’s just not good. And we knew that going in but we were like, Eh, let’s give them another shot. We actually tried to eat dinner here a few weeks back but were never even offered drinks. We were seated in the back and sat there for waaaay too long without even being greeted by a waitress or waiter before deciding to leave. And no one even stopped us on our way out to find out why we were leaving, lol! But our visit from the other evening sealed the deal. Good service(the two stars), cool décor/environment, but subpar food. There are far too many choices in the immediate area that are similar in price but are better quality and taste. We lived in Minnesota for several years and OTB was the only thing that we could find close to Tex-Mex. It wasn’t ever great but it was certainly better than this food. Thumbs down.

I come for the happy hour! Happy hour goes til 7 pm on weekdays. It’s super cheap, typical Mexican apps and good alcohol. For $ 20 you can drink flavorful margs and chow on some quick bites with a coworker. The staff is pretty chipper(probably due to the newness of the location) and is always willing to make suggestions. Try the Blue Water Margarita? It’s a local Margarita the mix up(to die for).

Hot, fresh, great quality food. Great atmosphere. Never had to wait in line courteous staff. You always get a coupon for a free bowl of queso when you fill out a survey on your receipt. Not really any complaints.

Honestly isn’t bad. But given the area options it is necessary(2 stars). I have not eating at an on the boarder in over 10 years so we thought we would. Staff is great. Food is mediocre. The chillies of tex-mex.
