I learned of this company from a coworker, I have an older home that is prone to leaks and clogged pipes. These folks come out when they say they will, and I find their prices very fair. I am not used to ever having any home repair for less than $ 100. They charge $ 70 for a service call, and if they get done quickly you will get a bill for $ 70.00. I have found them to work quickly as they seem to have a lot of calls to get on with.

They are very nice until you question them about the bill, and then the manager basically will start yelling at you.
I was charged an extra hour of labor for their travel time at $ 65/​hr. While I am willing to pay for the service mans time taking smoke breaks at my house while they are billing me for their time. I do not believe it is reasonable to bill me for their travel time to their job site to perform their job. They tried to convince me this is common practice and they’ve been doing this for 55 years and they only billed me for one way travel (an hour to travel one way? seriously?)
