Kroger

Stopped in here for a couple of items.
Atmosphere: this is a fairly large store set back next to a hardware store and a couple of other stores on the end. There is quite a bit of parking, but the times I’ve been to the store have had a tremendous amount of traffic. Public buses also run through this parking lot, so use extra caution when driving or walking. The interior of the store is clean and presentable. The aisles are wide and well marked and I have yet to see clutter inside.
Associates: The associates I’ve dealt with have been helpful and attentive. I’ve only had to deal with them once, but it was a pleasant experience.
Product: there is a large selection of items throughout the store. I haven’t explored much because I usually know exactly what I want when I go.
Overall, it’s a nice store and the experience I’ve had has been good.

I’m surprised the showed up that fast! I’ve been in there early when I couldn’t find ANYONE and had to leave my merchandise on the counter. They are pitiful

This store is ok but needs some work on customer service. We were at the store tonight around 6:30 and waited in the check out line (there was only one line open that wasn’t the 15 items or whatever it is or less). We waited. And then a Kroger rep with a red vest (supervisor?) came and took the people BEHIND US WHO HAD NOT BEEN WAITING AS LONG first. I am sure we couldn’t be missed. I don’t know if he was lazy or what but it was unacceptable.
