Life is better now! Forget my previous review. Many thanks for the managers at Joseph Decuis. I am truly impressed and cannot wait to go back for a roast beef lunch. I am a very happy camper.

The food was good… They actually had Gluten Free buns, which means I was able to have a burger. The Burger was juicy but very salty and we were overrun by flies(we had at least 6 around us). The most surprising thing was the staff seemed unphased by all the flies.

Definitely a place worth making lunch once in awhile, just wish for more of a menu given prices just for limited fare. Probably could make out even better if they included light wine bar with change up in pairings — but will be back!

This is a small but elegant gourmet shop(including a wine store) that features a lot of local and artisan Indiana food items. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, just a bit too late for their lunch hour, but not too late to enjoy a nice pumpkin curry soup(self-serve). The shop is connected to the restaurant/farm/B&B in the same name. Great idea for a quick weekend escape from Fort Wayne.(Check out the Roanoke website for details.) On the same block as the Emporium, there are a couple other cute shops to check out(ice cream, bakery, & gifts), but it seems a lot close for winter.
