Shirley is amazing! She is a real professional that has helped me so much and taught me how to take care of my body. She has a fully equipped studio and she is always so knowledgable, helpful and friendly. There are not many studios like hers. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll have a great experience here.

Shirley is a true teacher. I’ve been practicing Pilates off and on for a few years and I have never loved it more. She continues to push me but just the right amount to make me keep on coming back. She does little cues that helps you understand and properly execute the exercise. I would recommend Foreverfit pilates to anyone I know. It’s changed not only my body but also my state of mind.
