Best Western Roanoke Inn & Suites

Very nice hotel with great attention to detail. They have free snacks in the room upon arrival. Clean and remodeled. Fast and friendly service. Great breakfast maybe amazing, with great variety. 3 – 4 minutes from Hawaiian Falls Waterpark. 1 minute from great food plus very near fast food restaurants. 7 – 10 minutes from Gateway Church or shopping at South Lake Town Centre and upscale restaurants. Good job BW!

Check out was at noon, and at 9:30am I got house service people knocking on my door 4 times!!! Got people mowing the grass at 830am. Can’t sleep in because it’s loud outside due to house service vacuuming and cleaning. Won’t be back.

I will have to say, I am impressed so far! This hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and as spacious as you can expect from a hotel. I am in a King Suite, and I will have to admit, on the Best Western scale, this room is five star! Unlike my last Best Western stay in Lake Dallas, where the room was no more than a double occupancy room with one bed instead of two, this one is fully stocked. The suite has a couch, chair, coffee table, desk, mini fridge, and microwave, with the traditional one cup coffee maker, then a half wall separation with the king bed, tv, two night stands, and closet. It also sports a window sitting area for reading, luggage, etc. The lighting is very good in the room, and the bathroom is well put together. The only issue I have is the bed, it is the only reason I had to knock a star off. It is far from soft, or fluffy. It’s as hard as a rock, and uncomfortably so. The staff was very friendly at check in, but has not really extended the hand of good fellowship since, but that’s ok. If you just want a clean, quiet stay, this is your place.

I always stay here when on business trips. The rooms are spacious and clean. They offer a complimentary hot breakfast (it opens at 6:30 AM!!) which consists of eggs, sausage, waffles, hash browns, biscuits/​gravy and all the orange/​apple juice you can handle. Breakfast also has the standard bagels, yogurts, breakfast cereals, oatmeal, toast, and coffee. You have the option to have fresh linens daily or to opt out and conserve water. Nice little green service that they offer. The Inn also has a work out room and they have a computer that offers internet. The suites have a king size bed, a sitting area with a loveseat, desk, arm chair/​coffee table, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board/​iron, and basic cable. I consistently have good service and would recommend this place.
