Took them 3 months to deliver a shower door they promised in 15 days. Absurd. I would not deal with these people again. Bad communication, 3 visits to make it right, there are better folks elsewhere.

Ordered specialty glass. Was promised «you will receive it no later than March 16». Great! I said.
When March 16 came, I called for the status and was called a liar. Even though March 16 is on the invoice as the scheduled date. I was told that that was impossible and nobody would have promised me that. I was told that I would receive it on March 27.
When March 27 came, I called for the status and was told that they had not received it yet. I started to get static but they understood the situation, went to Fort Lauderdale and got the glass.
I received the glass and was the wrong size. The rough cut opening was 135.5″. Glass I received was 135.5″ from the outside trim.
Called the owner, Frank, who told me «that’s what you ordered».
What a miserable experience.
