This place needs new management. Maybe hire someone that has customer service skills. Took my daughter in to get a level 2 spray tan. The only part of her body that had color was her hands. The rest of her body broke out in a awful rash. Took her back two days later and showed the manager. What a joke she didn’t even stand up to look at her, no sorry, nothing. She did offer another spray. No thanks, if she looked at her body and had any common since she would not offer another spray. Then she asked «are you sure she got the bronzer??» Sometimes it’s low in chemical so it doesn’t show color. Who says that??? Maybe check your equipment. And if it was low in chemical I would hate to see what she would have looked like if it wasn’t. Took pictures and will send it in to the credit card company for my money back and thinking I need to call the health department and BBB. Pretty sad, all she had to do is actually act like she cared and gave me my money back but once again when you hire kids to manage this is what you get. And no this is not her first spray tan.

This is my second time signing up my daughter and myself. I’ve had good experiences at this location and the one I use by my office. I find the employees there to be both knowledgeable and courteous. I’d recommend this salon to anyone asking for a good place to tan

This place is full of a bunch of liars! I tanned at one location, make that-​I tried to tan, but the spray tan machine was out of product… 30 minutes wasted. Then I was told to drive about 30 minutes away to another location. I did, but when I got to the other location, I was told I couldn’t tan… I have never known a tanning salon to turn down business, especially from GROUPON. Don’t buy the groupon for this one, its a scam. Once they saw I had a groupon (which was a gift), they decided i wasn’t worth their time. NEVER GOING BACK

Went in to acquire about a tanning membership for 4 people. The rude girl behind the desk must have needed a break, however it was not busy– at all. She couldn’t even be bothered to crack a smile let alone hardly give us any explanation about the memberships, or membership levels. She was extremely rude. She had long brown hair and was on Saturday afternoon ¹¹⁄₂₁. Plus the price she quoted us was not the price someone quoted my young daughter a week prior. We went ahead and left, went to a tanning company down the street who was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable about their tanning packages. Signed the whole family up too!
