Massage Fusion

So I went to Massage Fusion on Saturday and it was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Nick at the front was very kind. Originally I was scheduled for a 1hr. relaxation message and 1hr facial on Friday, however I ended up coming down with an ear infection, and I had to go to an urgent care. Since I knew I was going to be late I called to inform them of my tardiness. Nick then suggested that I reschedule for Saturday because I was about 30mins away. And I wouldn’t be able to get my full time. I agreed because being a bit under the weather I wasn’t really up for it, and never having pampered myself like this I wanted to feel my best to get the full experience. So finally on Saturday I went and what a great experience it was. Mr. Brett (my new found Massage therapist) gave me a full body relaxation Massage he was very kind and very professional I was covered and I never felt weird or body conscious. And I don’t know much about Massage technique but his was superb :) next I got a facial from Ms. Tanya it too was great I know many people think it might be weird to let someone touch your face. But it wasn’t weird at all. I was so relaxed and comfy the entire time and once I saw my skin afterwards I couldn’t believe how great it looked and felt :) I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. They are great here, and like many nonbelievers I purchased a Groupon so in case I got not so great service I wouldn’t be upset because I didn’t pay full price but they treated me so great. I would pay full price anytime and then some. I give them 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. You should check them out I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Really great people who are singularly focused on doing their jobs right. And since they’ve added other services to their menu– waxing and facials, etc– I have even more reason to go. I love these guys and their prices!

I was unhappy with my experience here. My friend and I were running late due to the poor weather and our inability to find this tucked away location. I called to let them know about us being late and they reassured me it was alright. We got there and they took us in the back. I had gone in with a groupon for an hour massage and was given at MOST a 40 minute massage and that is including us both getting dressed and paying. They never informed us that our time would be less if we were late. This is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend going here because they cheat you out of Your time. If you called and were late to a nail appointment would it be alright to only paint 4 nails? Absolutely not. Will not return here again.
