Disappointed to say the least. My wife went to buy a new phone, promised it would be in on a Monday and lo and behold, still not in, going on Wednesday. Tried calling and apparently the whole store has only one phone number, and that one phone has a voice mail in which no one checks. Still no call back.
I wonder what would happen if we promised to pay and then never came through with the payment.
Will call and cancel service and figure out who we want to go with next.

Total rip off. Bought a new phone the other day. They asked if I wanted insurance, I said no, added it anyways. Had to call to take it off later.
Added $ 20 fee for NOT trading in an old phone. When I called to ask about it, the response was, it’s the «core fee», like its a alternator or something and they were going to use it?
Just a bunch of seedy little nickel and dime fees and add ons to rip you off.
To top it off, they hand you a printed 10 page contract. Way to stay current with the times.
Buy your phone at the apple store and you’ll be happier, and keep more of your money.
