Had a great experience with them on multiple occasions and have spent hundreds there over the last year. I had an even coming up and wanted to have my hair styled with flat iron curls which takes no more than 20 mins to do my hair. I called and was told that everyone was booked up, and there was no way they could fit me in. I even said I would come anytime that worked for them, and they were unwilling to fit me in even for such a quick appointment. Sorry, but they lost a frequent customer, just because they couldn’t be flexible.

Had my first haircut with Brittany today. She is fantastic! She took the time to listen to me and also gave me her suggestions and advice. The precision cut she did on my short hair is excellent. One thing I love about her is I didn’t feel rushed. She had time for me and wasn’t speeding through my appointment to get to the next client. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. No harsh fluorescent lights and booming club music in here, thank goodness! It’s soothing lighting, warm décor and just enough new age background music to be pleasant. The only reason for 4 stars is the price. But, I’ll gladly pay it for a cut that looks pricey and a scalp & neck massage during shampoo which I received! Thanks, Brittany!

almost everyone in my family comes to Ambiance. Simone does an excellent job balancing that tricky ground between what the client wants and making it work in real life. Brittany also rocked it one day when Simone wasn’t there. She gave my daughter the exact haircut she wanted, as well as providing us with the way to donate her hair to the cancer survivors.

Totally no! My experience there was really bad. I’ve never had my hair highlighted and colored at the same time without removing the foil on highlighted hair. Tell me if it is the new technique! My highlights were not toned. No scalp massage, no hot towels. The staff is not friendly. I asked the lady who colored my hair to fix it and to tone the highlights, because it is what they normally do after highlights. Everyone gave me looks and smiled at each other when I told that I did not like the job that was done. I felt so bad.

I’m lucky enough that this salon is a whopping two minutes from my apartment and I couldn’t be happier about it. The salon itself is beautiful, and the customer service is above and beyond. A mimosa while I get my hair cut? Um, yes please. I went in wanting a few inches off, and Brittany gave me exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be happier with the results. In addition to being one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, she always does a phenomenal job with my hair. Thanks Brittany and Ambiance!

I received a deep tissue massage and the masseuse was A-​mazing!!! She came in specifically for my appt and even though I was late they were very accommodating! I didnt even need to tell my masseuse how I worked out or what type of work I was involved in. She knew based upon my posture and muscle tension. I felt amazing after the massage and she gave me tips to keep a healthy posture and muscles more relaxed. It was cheap for the service I received. I also paid for my mother to get her hair cut after another salon butchered it. The hairstylist was very attentive, properly recommended the natural-​based hair-​coloring product (she needed it as a cancer survivor with delicate hair) and her corrected haircut was A-​mazing! Only issue, the hair color ricing was as much as the hair cut. Im sure in the long run it is worth it. The women were very sweet and the owner took the time to serve us drinks, introduce herself and ensure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this place and LOVE that it is open on Monday, unlike many other places.

Oh my goodness!!! This place is great, I received a massage here that blew me away. My massage therapist was fantastic, she started with an assessment of my posture and then gave me the best massage! I felt great for days afterwards. Plus the hairstylists were so nice, they shampooed my hair afterwards complimentary, so it was almost like I had a two hour relaxation experience. I would definitely go back! Thanks ladies for taking such good care of me.
