We ordered 3 Pizzas and wings. Our two pizzas that were original crust were not cooked all the way. Half of the layer of dough was an uncooked gooey mess. I called and the manager said it was because I ordered extra sauce, however did remake the two pizzas. After we received the two re-made pizzas with regular sauce this time, it was slightly better however still not cooked all the way through. We called and talked to the manager who said there was no way it was still uncooked. He said he personally cooked them 1.5 times. He was very condescending. We asked if they could reverse the charge for the two pizzas however still charge us for the thin crust and wings. He was less then happy and said he would have to reverse the entire charge. So I give them two stars. The wings were great, the thin crust was good however something was wrong with the original crust. They did re-make and they did reverse the charge after the second time. I would say if the manager was less condescending then it would have been a better experience.

We almost didn’t order because of a few reviews but we were all hungry and didn’t want to leave the house. We ordered the food and the guy told us it would be 35 – 40 min. About 25 min later our pizza showed up. Great pizza!

This South Jordan Papa John’s location is the worst Papa John’s of all the locations we’ve ordered from in the State of Utah. We are never ordering from this location again and may not order from Papa John’s after the way we’ve been mistreated. We have given them 7 chances(yes, SEVENCHANCES) to correct their mistakes on our orders without so much as an apology. This is a huge disappointment because all of the other locations have gotten our order correct. And on the rare occasion that something was incorrect they fixed immediately. The pizzas were always undercooked even when we specifically requested«well-done» on the crust. It was literally like the dough was seared for a few minutes and then put into the box. We even tried to finish cooking the pizzas in our conventional and microwave ovens but all that did was burn the toppings. This also defeats the purpose of ordering pizza in the first place. We called in our concerns and it was clear that the staff couldn’t care less. The manager was an immature jerk: no apologies, no offer to cook the pizzas the way we requested, no offer to correct the problem, nothing. I wish I’d read the 11/20/2014 review from Cami H. as it would have saved us a lot of grief. So, if you like soggy, doughy, undercooked crust from a staff that doesn’t care about giving you what you ordered then this is the place for you.

I love the taste of Papa Johns pizza but we won’t be ordering from this location again. We have ordered at least 8 times and EVERYSINGLETIME they have gotten our order wrong… and we never even order anything complicated. Talking with the employees on the phone is like trying to explain chemistry to a 4 year old, I’m not kidding. I’m not expecting geniuses to work here but at least someone who can properly take and fill an order. 2 stars(instead of 1) because they do have tasty pizza for a pizza chain.

Pizza arrived faster then expected. Driver was courteous. Pizza was great, crispy crust on bottom soft gooey cheese on top. Only detractor was the toppings. We ordered a half and half and ingredients were all over the place. Wasn’t a big deal we fixed it(friday on lent)

For food quality I find Papa John’s to consistently be one of the better delivery pizza chains out there. This is especially true with their thin crust options, no other comparable chain does that so well. They also have some pretty good and passable side items as well. Really I have no issue with the food for what it is. When it comes to ordering online with Papa John’s, unless you are used to their site it’s generally a lot quicker to phone in an order if you know what you want. These guys really needs some serious help from a good user experience expert, even for me as a technology professional I find it plain frustrating, but that’s a chain level issue so not something I direct at any particular franchise location. Phoning an order into this location generally isn’t too bad, though as with any pizza chain sometimes it’s a bit of a luck of the draw. The in store staff in this location definitely are not the best, and they do seem to get orders wrong more than any correctly run chain should, however what saves them is the delivery drivers. They are always very friendly, professional, and courteous, and if there is an issue with an order are happy to make sure it is corrected whatever it takes. As such we sometimes just let them off the hook so they can get on with their other deliveries, they are the true hard workers and advocates of the franchise, and as such deserve to be able to get on to get all their tips, not just ours.
