I Smile Crossroads

I wished I didn’t have to put one star here. They are so nice to your face and to your children but they are down right frauds. Rhonda, the dental hygienist, claimed that I have periodontal disease & that I needed to pay for scaling to be done & that I have 6 cavities. The dentist there agreed. Having been current on all of my dentist appointments and after taking really good care of my teeth on a daily basis I had my suspicions. So I went to my dentist I grew up going to that I knew I could trust. (but that unfortunately I could no longer go to due to new insurance that he didn’t carry). And his hygienist said I had «1’s»,“2’s”&“3’s” on all of my gum levels. Healthy and normal ranges. Rhonda at I smile crossroads said I had «4’s, 5’s & 6’s on all of my gums. My dentist I can trust said that the «6 cavities» I smile said I have were not even there. And my dentist that I trust said that if I had let them fix these ghost cavities that they claimed that I have it would harm the integrity of each of those teeth meaning that they would be much more susceptible to cavities etc in the future. Please don’t let them scam you or your insurance agency out of a lot of money!!!

Have had 1 cleaning and 2 filling replacements done by this office and they are AWESOME!!! Flexible with schedule changes, explain everything clearly, never feel rushed etc. I have recommended them to several of my friends already.
