Oh, good old Whitehall, it’s a good thing they went out of business or they would have been subject to some kind of lawsuit or something from me! Only a couple months after I wrote that last review, a diamond got knocked out of my engagement ring. I mean WTF?! This is the third time I’ve lost a diamond from my bridal set. THANKSWHITEHALL, for making such QUALITYJEWELRY. I wish I could write a review on them or get SOME kind of compensation, considering my husband paid quite a bit of money for this diamond ring set, but that’s neither here nor there. Anyway, I took it back to Zales, and they were very quick and easy to deal with… and it was only like $ 160 to repair/replace the diamond(it was a bigger diamond this time) and get the ring rhodium plated as well. I will always bring my ring back here just because it’s affordable and easy, and close to home. I just wish they wouldn’t seem so elitist sometimes. Seriously, you’re in North Riverside… get over yourselves. I’ve noticed when I deal with their salespeople, sometimes I feel like I’m bothering them; maybe because I look young or inexperienced, I don’t know. It’s just enough for me to subtract a star, because even though in the end it’s more the money I save and the quality of work their jewelers do, rather than the way the salespeople treat me(I can deal with it; I have thick skin and I know I’m better than them anyway, hah), but they would probably do well to make an effort to make their customers feel wanted, ya know?

I appreciate a jewelry store for real people. Those of us who don’t have $$$$ to impress their baby mama can appreciate a store that can sell you beautiful jewelry without taking every cent you have. The shopping center location is convenient. The staff was friendly, though they will apply gentle pressure to sell you the lifetime service plan.
