I purchased some flowers from them for a funeral a while back. When I called they were very professional and knew exactly what flowers I request from the website. They took my card numbers and delivery time over the phone. I didn’t have to go see anybody. Delivery was on time and the flowers were beautiful. Receipt was promptly emailed and had contact info if needed. I would gladly order from them again!

The shop is beautiful! And the ladies are amazing. Prices are great! Will definitely be back! Went for graduation flowers and they were gorgeous!

They get a 5 stars or more! A lot of the other ⁴⁄₅ star didn’t even call me back. Not only did they put up with me they called my mom for me to make sure the wreath for my dad was want she wanted. They delivered on time and it was beautiful. Medium size with green ti leaves wrapping the wreath and a large cluster of white orchards. Perfect for a man. And in the heat even a day later still looked fresh! Other cut flowers not lasting in the heat. And a personal banner. Just resting my eyes. My dad always said that. Thank you Sara for all your help. You helped make the day special for us.

I just wanted to reach out to you and share how touched the flowers you did for my Mom. I live here in Oregon and used your florist now 2 x in the last recent months. 1^st for my mom’s birthday, where the flowers went south over night. She called you and you PROMPTLY came and fixed the problem. Thank you! Then it was Mother’s Day. We lost my father recently and I wanted to ensure that she knew that I am here for her. She received her flowers on Friday morning. She left me a heartfelt, teary message of how much she LOVED her flowers. How touched she was and what it meant to her. Sunday, I called on Mother’s day. She couldn’t stop speaking about how BEAUTIFUL her arrangement was. How well thought out the flowers were including «forget me not», the willow branches I requested, and then some. The forget me not were spoken about the most and couldn’t have shared and touch our family more during this difficult transition. Thank you very much for going above and beyond for us. I hope other get this great of services as you have given to me.

Exquisite! I searched Unilocal later this week, seeking a nice arrangement made for my Mother who lives in a rural area in Riverside and not only did they deliver, it arrived from their chilled vehicle to my mom’s doorstep on the day, per my request. They called her first, which I requested in the online order. Really well put together website and ordering process!
My mom called and was elated with not only the beautiful display of summer flowers, she fell in love with the ceramic butterfly vase! The price did not match the quality, I would of paid more!
Last year, I had stopped by Willow Branch Florist driving from my home in San Diego and was pleasantly surprised at the flowers they displayed in their cute shop and both women I dealt with were engaging and truly cared about what I was looking for when it was my Mother’s 70^th Birthday. They were so beautiful I wish I could share pictures, however, I was in a rush and these lovely ladies made it effortless!

I needed a corsage and boutonnière for prom last minute and they came through with my request! I ordered them on Friday and they were ready the next morning, just in time for prom. It was honestly so beautifully put together, I couldn’t have asked for better. The ladies there are SOOOO sweet and talented. I highly recommend I’m coming back next year for sure!

Let me start off by saying that the shop owners Sheri and Sara are AMAZING! My fiancé and I booked with Willow Branch 9 months before our wedding. Our wedding was just this past weekend 04÷02÷16 and every single centerpiece was BEAUTIFUL! the flowers were all so fresh and vibrant. My guest complimented my flowers all day and night! My bouquet and the bouquets for my bridesmaid were breathtaking! They listened to my vision and brought it to life! The prices are reasonable as well. They work with your budget and are very quick to update you with any payments made with an invoice. I’m a little sad that I wont see them as often. But I definitely will be recommending my family and friends! I know anytime I need any type of floral arrangement they will be the 1^st shop I will go to! Thank you Sherri and Sara for making my wedding day so memorable!

I was browsing through the internet and came across their website. I thought they have beautiful flowers so I gave them a try. I put in an order for my mother in law’s birthday. I wanted to make sure they got the right date so I called again for the confirmation date. Needless to say even after I did that, they still delivered the flowers a day earlier. So, when I got the confirmation delivery email, I brought it to their attention. Immediately both Sara and Sherri called me and apologized. They offered to refund my money back and send an apology note with fresh new bouquet re-​delivered. I was disappointed at first when the flowers were delivered too early, but they made a 180 degree turn around for me after they rectified the situation. They are very friendly and heart warming people. They admit it when they make mistakes and are willing to go out of their way to make it up to you and make you happy :)

I love this flower shop. Anytime I get flowers in the Riverside Area this is where I go. Their roses are big and beautiful and I’m always happy with the bouquet. Thanks

Thanks to Willow Branch Florist!!! I know I should of ordered the 2 dozen pink roses earlier in the week especially because it’s Valentines Day weekend and her bday is on Monday but I waited till Friday and they delivered them to her work on time. My girlfriend says I’m so unromantic but once she saw them She LOVED them and said were the most prettiest arrangements that her work got that day. I guess that’s a plus for me. So THANK YOU for making her feel like that. I’m glad all the other shops were to busy because this is my New florist shop now. I feel bad cuz I don’t remember the ladys name that I talked to on the phone cuz I was all stressed out from calling everywhere else but she was really nice and I had a feeling she was going to make mine and especially HER day better… Thanks again for saving my day

The ladies in the shop were very friendly and helpful. In town for a funeral and found them on Unilocal.Made finding and ordering flowers easy. Prices were competitively priced to what I have seen and paid in the past. I give them 5 stars for now and will be doing a follow up once I see the plant/​flower arrangement.
As promised… the update: the arrangement was beautiful! The ladies out did themselves. The plant and flowers exceeded my expectations. The few added touches made it special which proved to me that they listened and truly cared. I would highly recommend this business.

What an amazing experience we had here! Sarah & Sherri are absolutely AMAZING! They captured every element I wanted and beyond. My bouquet was stunning and the entire wedding was brought together because of their beautiful flower work! They really take the time to make sure that every detail is tended to and seeing my photos just solidified why I chose them!

GO NOWHERE ELSE for your wedding flowers. I was referred to Willow Branch by my wedding coordinator Birgit (Dreams Come True Wedding — highly recommend) after a disastrous experience with another florist.
I came in with a budget and with photos. I received all the education I needed to make the right decision about the flowers. The mock up was wonderful, the prices were fair, the team was absolutely kind and delightful and talented. These ladies are artists. I was moved by what they were able to do.
They were able to create traditional Indian garlands and bouquets, provided ample varying petals for the ceremony. They provided a gorgeous complimentary toss bouquet as well. My wedding bouquet for my second ceremony was so dreamy — incredibly organic and full to match the organic theme of my wedding at Highland Springs Resort (amazing venue, highly recommend). As for the centerpieces — DAZZLING. I went with an all white theme. There were so many varieties of flowers tucked into the design. I mean you need to go to their facebook page and see how amazing it is because it’s hard to describe.
I went in with very specific ideas and directions of where I wanted to go with the floral design, and I was beside myself with how well my ideas were interpreted. Their taste is spot on, and I would trust them with any event you have. I think if you asked them to take artistic license, if you weren’t so sure about what you wanted, you would end up being very happy with what you received.
