After our AC was broken for over 2 months, we had 5, yes 5 estimates and Mike from Whitegate was not only the best price, but service was outstanding. He followed up on several occasions to make sure I got what he sent over AND to see if we had any additional questions. Not one other company did that, which says a lot for Whitegate. They came out, did our ductwork and installed the new system fast and efficient, and it looks and works AMAZING! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Whitegate was recommended from my friend who use them for his construction business. Our home had never had Central Heating & Air so we needed everything including all the ducts. They were very professional in presenting me with my options and choices without pushing for something I didn’t need. They did my complete installation in a very timely manner and cleaned up and hauled every bit of their installation debris away. I say because some people don’t leave things exactly like they started their work. I’m totally satisfied with their workmanship, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The Whitegate Air Conditioning & Heating Company had a great reputation in our neighborhood and came highly recommended to us. After meeting the owner Mike and relating what type of work I would like to have done, my mind was immediately set at ease. Throughout the whole process, the folks at Whitegate were reliable and trustworthy and I found that I could call or email them with any questions or concerns and my communication would be answered within a day if not sooner.
I want to highlight how excellent the people at Whitegate were at communicating effectively with me. From the start of the initial walk-​through where I peppered Mike with questions, my queries were met with polite (and friendly) answers to any issues I had. In this day and age, many of us like to use email and again, Whitegate was great at using email as a way to effectively provide information to me in a timely manner.
Whitegate & Mike also worked with me to make sure I got a good price for the units I was having installed and when it came time for the bill, I was pleased to find that there were no surprises at all. I paid exactly the amount Mike had quoted me. In fact, I actually received some upgrades from Mike (better thermostat etc) at no extra cost to me. I highly recommend Whitegate and plan to do business with them for any future Heating & Air services that arise.
