Wells Cargo Express

I sent Balikbayan boxes through this company twice, I never had a problem. My family received the boxes intact which is later than I expect because my first padala arrived after only 2months. The second occasion the boxes arrived for more than 4 months I believed because of the strike in port. I’m going to use their service again.

I don’t normally give ratings but I think I should since this company has so many low ratings and I am not sure why. First, I was hesitant to use them after reading the few ratings available. I looked up on the customs website and they were not on the «bad» list for complaints so I gave them a try.
The only problem I have is tracking. The box I sent was supposed to be there on the 7^th of July but ended up being there about a week later. Once I called the overseas office it was delivered the same day. The package was fine and everything went smoothly otherwise. Again, I was really scared at first prior to sending. It is the age old issue where people are fast to complain and slow to praise. I would use them again. I sent food, electronics, clothing and bedding.

I used Wells Cargo for the first time this year, 2014. I shipped the box late September expecting the box to arrive before Christmas. It’s now January, 4^th and my box still has not reached its destination. I called to enquire about the whereabouts of my sent box and was told the box is at the dock in Manilla waiting to be loaded on a ship traveling to another island. The women I dealt with became extremely rude and acted as if they didn’t want to be bothered with my concerns of the whereabouts of my sent box. My package still has not arrived at it destination. My Filipino friends were very disappointed they had no gifts at Christmas time. I will NEVER use Wells Cargo again. Terrible, terrible, terrible !!!
I give Wells Cargo 1 star because the box was free. What good is a free box if the box never reaches its destination?

My box they took the toys, shoes, can food inside. The original tape is the open already and it take too long to get there. … not going to send to the balikbayan service. …beware
