Terrible customer service for one. I went to get new business cards as they made my last ones. It started with the guy behind the counter being rude and not helping. After we do find my file with my previous card in it and told him to order it just like the first time and now that I picked them up the are not double sided and look vary unprofessional. He did not even give me an option for double sided so assumed they would be the same as the first ones. Now I am out 45 dollars and need to get new cards made it urge you to take your business elsewhere.

I was in a bind when I needed a dozen 3 inch pin-back buttons in less than a week for an engagement proposal. I had no luck finding someplace local that would be willing to only make a handful. I was able to pick up in 2 business days(as promised) and with plenty of time to spare. Although it was not as cheap as trusting some unknown, online service, I would gladly pay the same for the work that they did and for the peace of mind of having them on time. There was a $ 15 set up fee for the service, but thankfully that meant that they could re-design my original image from scratch. Their version was infinitely better than what my entry-level Photoshop skills could come up with. Very happy overall!

One of the soccer mom’s told me about this place and I’m glad she did! Not sure why such a bad rating, I had an excellent experience dealing with this company. All of them have very good customer services skills and The banner came out great! Im very satisfied. Plus I got the sign within a week and the price isn’t bad either!

DONOTGIVETHEMYOUREMAILADDRESS … BRADSMITH My large printer 36″ stopped working, so a last minute decision to drive to this location was the biggest mistake I have made in awhile. The print size was 54″ tall by 36″ wide. The print came out fine so that is important to note although I did ask if Brad would call me when it was complete and he said yes he would. No phone call by mid afternoon the next day so I decided to call as I figured they were simply busy and hadn’t had a chance to call so I decided to call them instead. When I called to see if it might be ready and reminded Brad of what the job was Brad didn’t seem to remember me from the day before. He said it was ready and I said I am less than 1 minute away and will be right there. I walked in their door and was standing right in front of him and said hello I am here and he said«How can I help you ? I don’t understand this since they can’t be that busy and I was the only one in their shop. Even the people at staples when you need something printed at least seem to remember my print job or me. The people who own this business may not know what is going on without their knowledge which I am hoping is the case but I gave Brad my business card so he could use it to fill in the billing info to get the job started. My email address is on my card and now I have received three spam emails for web site hosting from „Brad“ with HISOWN company name and using this places street address and phone number for his business. Either they are a part of it or they have no idea that this guy is doing this right in front of them. My guess is they have to know. One other thing to note, because my printer does 36» wide and can do whatever length you need and is was not working my graphic was 36″ by 54″ their printers are much bigger than mine like 72″ wide format. They printed my job portrait just like I had created it for my own printer and charged me for the square footage of the print. If they would have simply rotated the job to landscape(since it was a .pdf file anyway) then it would have been less waste of paper and possibly a bit cheaper. But they must not understand their own business well enough to figure this out. I thought about asking them to rotate the print job once I arrived but then I might have been asked to pay a charge for graphic«touch up» or something like that or maybe not. Again very disappointed with how this company has chosen to operate their business idea/model

Probably wont go back. The staff seemed scatter minded and could not comprehend the printing I wanted done(hard to believe because they call themselves«designers»). Took the staff 45 minutes to print a simple 12(11 actually because the forgot to print one) sheets of paper(though some were double sided). I would rather pay the little extra and drive a little farther to somewhere like FedEx Office to save time and a hassle.

Worst experience ever. Tshirts were completed 2 days late, and only after I called numerous times to get them quicker. Company has the WORST communication skills. I don’t know how many times I was told«I’ll call you back» only to never be called back. The worst part is I paid $ 400 cash for shirts I can’t use and have a very unhappy softball team to deal with. Canceled my future order with them, DONOTUSE!
