Would be handing out zero stars if allowed. Will cut to the good stuff: Took forever to receive order, well outside of expectations. What they sent was almost completely destroyed inside the box. When tried to return, was met with resistance. Oh, you have to talk to this guy. .. no you have to talk to that guy. .. no you should talk to this guy. .. leave a message, oh he didn’t call back. .. leave a message for this other guy… On and on. Finally I am able to negotiate a deal with them, I have to eat the shipping costs(b/c is is obviously my fault the unit was in pieces when it showed up at my front door) and the shipping costs to send it back(b/c it is my fault I need to return a unit that was sent to me in pieces) and they will refund my credit card. The intangibles that I cannot prove but we have all experienced is the extreme attitude on the phone by every representative I talked to. When in the middle of pleading my case, I asked the person I was speaking with a question. .. you could actually hear him take me off mute and then pretend he heard my question. So frustrating.
