Great Micro-Brewed Beer! Decent Pizza– not memorable in any way, but tasty! This place isn’t a traditional sit-down so I don’t expect great service– I think people should adjust their expectations a little bit. This place can get pretty loud– Especially when live bands are rocking out– Makes for a decent atmosphere though.

Located in Downtown Riverside. It’s a jewel of a pizza pub. Ambience: 4 stars –Casual, clean. You can hang out with your friends while having delicous beers and snacks while watching the game on one of many of the enormous big screen TVs. There are prize cranes and arcade games that give out tickets for prizes. One of the grand prizes is a beer pong table that goes for 25k tickets. Ha! Price: 4 stars– Reasonable and for certain items you get more for your buck. Some of my favorite things about this place: $ 5 Beer Sampler. 5 Stars. Delicious. Ingenious. A real treat for my friends and I. The idea of the beer sampler is that you choose 5 different beer flavors and they arrive in 10 oz(estimated) glasses in a nifty beer glass caddy. I can’t recall th other flavors that we ordered, all I remember was the Spiced one, which was ‘meh’, and a few other IPA’s; which were also ‘meh’. The other flavors didn’t have a fighting chance against the Vanilla Stout. That flavor was the only one really worth re-ordering, in our opinion anyway. Words cannot express how delicious that Vanilla Stout was. Yes it was dark, thick and full-bodied. I love it when beer has that chocolatey coffee after-taste to it. The only kind of beer I’ll enjoy thus far. Oh yeah, and it was %9. We originally wanted to get it in one of those ridiculously tall beer-bong-looking beer-canister-stills that they are known for; but SADLY we were unable to because they have a policy about not ordering those so close to closing time. Okay, it makes sense; but it was still sad! :P We arrived there around 9pm and tried to order it around 920ish, and it closes at 10pm on saturdays… which i think is the lamest thing I’ve ever heard for a brewery. Ah well, c’est la vie. We ordered a pitcher anyway.(The silver lining to our ‘sad tale’ LOL). And yes, we savored it as quickly as one savors a %9 proof beer 20 minutes before closing time. I don’t care what anyone says. The pizza rolls were scrumptious. We had two orders of them split between 5 people. It was warm, gooey, cheesy, pepperoni-y. It also came with a ranch dipping sauce which complimented it nicely. Is it just me or does the right kind of beer make food taste better? Take it for what you will, but it was good. Great place in Riverside, can’t wait to come back. I would love to give them a 5 stars, but they really need to have later hours. Closing early is a buzzkill.
