My husband and I are very impressed with Sure Cut Landscaping. Dan is quick and makes sure to have someone out once a week to landscape our front and side lawns. He is always very informative and always gives great advice about our lawn whether it’s about how much to water the grass or what sprinkler/​valve repair is needed. Our grass always looks great and we love the way he landscapes our bushes and flowers. Very nice man and very friendly. He is professional and honest. We have been using him since May 2015 and love how great our lawn looks.

Dan from Sure Cut just terminated his services with me after two visits. Why you might ask? He wasn’t receiving the amount of money he agreed to from our initial agreement and was unable to meet common standards for trimming plants and shrubs professionally. His response to this deficiency was to expect additional money, which at each of the two visits he mentioned. Hand cutting was rendered with hedge trimmers. I asked for detail orientated work with whatever time was allotted during each visit and it was a struggle from the beginning.
My neighbor also had discussed landscape services with Sure Cut Dan while he and I were discussing his services during his initial visit, and she said she would not hire him because of the way he talked with her. Now I can see that truth — Dan has a high estimation of his abilities which are not realized in his work and when he’s questioned about this he verbally assaults while saying «It’s not personal.»
Difficult, stubborn, and self-​righteous. If those are the qualities you are looking for in your landscape service then Sure Cut is the place to call.
