My grandmother had a patio cover done by then and has since had them out 4 times to fix things that have fallen off or leaked. It is leaking again and I called Friday the 8^th to speak to someone about fixing it and was told i would have a call back if not that same day then on Monday… Well guess what today is Friday and I just got a call at 5:20 after calling them 2x’s today. The women that picked up wouldn’t even help me she said she would have the guy i spoke to last week call HAHAHAHAHA he text another guy to call me. I expressed that this needed to be done ASAP as we are leaving town well now I know he cant do it this weekend cause he is moving and that this job is kinda far from him but he is gonna be at the dentist in Loma Linda on Wednesday so he squeezed her in about 1ish. GLAD UR CUSTOMERS MATTER THERE BUDDY… I don’t care that your moving I called over a week ago and nothing has been done nor would be done because I had to call back they were never going to return my call and when I do get someone they cant even help they have to pawn it to other people. NEVER AGAIN would we use or recommend this company they obviously don’t care about there customers.
