I have been coming here for my husband AND my 4 boys clothes for over 15yrs… I will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN.
Last night I went to buy sweatshirts for my husband… she rung me up for 99.46, bagged it, everything was fine… I turned around, took 3 steps and saw the same sweatshirt I just bought on their clearance rack for $ 10 cheaper… just one. I grabbed it and turned back to her and asked if I could swap out the $ 22 one I bought for the clearance one. She said no bc that would mean she would have to refund me the whopping $ 12 price difference… I just stood there like «uhhhh are u serious??? I havent even left the store let alone the pay counter!!»
I completely understand the exchange policy but good gawd, really? I took 3 steps from counter for heavens sake… I guess I just would think they would rather keep my $ 2,000 a year business rather than lose it over absolutely nothing.
Theres other places that sell dickies… and thats where ill be going for all the clothes my fam buys!!!
