Starbucks

I’m at a Starbucks just about every morning for Oatmeal n Coffee to start my day. This is my favorite local Starbucks. When you have people like Dani, Mallory, and Paige working, you know you’re going to be treated right. You can tell they care about their jobs and the people they are serving. 2015 was a very roller coaster year for me and 2016 isn’t looking much better. Sometimes it’s hard to put on a mask and smile, when you feel more like just ending it all. So when I walk in somewhere and I am greeted by someone who says hello with a smile, or they remember what I usually order. You cannot put a price on that. I walk out feeling just a little better about the day. And of course I would be back again because of the excellent service I receive when you have the caliber of people like Dani, Mallory, and Paige.

My favorite Starbucks, very friendly baristas and cashiers! No complaints, I mean they can’t help that the parking sucks guys…

Great coffee great pastries and good times. A great place to get some work done or just relax

Parking here is very tight and there is no drive through. Once inside there is plenty of seating. There is seating outside too. The lone cashier was cheery. I was very happy with my pumpkin spice frap made with coconut milk and whip. Mmmm fall in a glass. The place was hopping around 4 p. m, but with their complimentary phone chargers and table side charging docks it was hard to mind.

Much better service, a year ago I pretty much said no more to this Starbucks! The way they treated some people was not right. Kinda snobby, but I see changes here and much nicer employees. A different attitude. It pays to call corporate! Don’t ever stray from voicing a concern or opinion! Good job Starbucks!!! Keep it up!!!

I love this location. The staff is friendly and really quick with getting ur order out. Plus I like how friendly my favorite barista Carrick is and he always remembers what I order. Everyone needs to come to this location more often.

This location is ALWAYS busy with lines formed to the front door, so why have only one working barista making drinks and one of the slowest cashiers ever working the register. Beyond frustrating.

Great coffee staff even better walked in first time in the states or going to a Starbucks wanted a good experience only had a hundred dollar bill couldn’t change it rather than ruin my experince and send me away empty handed gave me a coffee on the house and said enjoy.

starbucks is starbucks but this one is always super slow. they are very understaffed.

Pretty good location with lots of seating. It would be nice to have a drive-​thru in this area, but I can see why it is not logistically feasible. The inside staff are always the model of the perfect barista. They are always smiling and work really hard to give you a good experience. The inside of the location is nice and clean and pretty spacious so you don’t always have to sit on top of other people.

This store knows exactly how to make my drink exactly the way I love it!!! It’s seldom I get it exactly how I want it. I love coming here when I am in the area. Never fails!!!

Staff immediate reject to refill your coffee when they see you bring your cup with sticker on it, because they thin you got it from the drive thru. I just bought that ice macchiato this morning in store but they refuse to give it refill and ask me to go back to where I got it to do refill. ;-((rude and poor service?

A Starbucks is a Starbucks. I’m more of a Dunkin donuts kinda gal, so not into this fad.
It is horribly located in the center at the end of the food court. I dislike how other customers don’t get into line and just kinda butt in front of you, and the barista doesn’t say a thing…
People who ordered after me got their drinks first… always happens at this one for me. All I wanted was my tea!

Insanely slow service. It took over 20 minutes for them to make my frappuccino. I understand it’s Christmas time and the mall is crowded but that was ridiculous.

No problems with this Starbucks, except I really WISH it had a drive-​thru! There are a lot of tables if you need to do some work or study.
I have noticed there are a few homeless men sitting right outside this location every morning. (nothing again homeless people, but it’s just sad to see)
Parking isn’t the best since this location is shared with other small businesses next door.

Their coffee is good. The building is new, their staff is nice, they do not have a drive thru so that is a major drawback for me. Im usually on my way to work when I want coffee and to stop and go inside. its just not convenient. And convenience is why I’m willing to pay $ 4 for a caramel macchiato.

This is my go to Starbucks. My drink always comes out better when made here. I’ve never had to wait a large amount of time and they are always stocked on snacks.
I’ve found the staff to be more friendly here than any other location. They are patient and have never once messed up on my order.

The parking here is horrific, i walked in to find that they have the «secret code» on the bathrooms, which the moron cashier gave me the wrong code the first time, then with a bitchy attitude said «i told you 66 016», which for the life of me i can’t figure out why they’d do 5 numbers.
Moron red haired girl continued to babble with another idiot woman who never even ordered anything for probably 2 minutes before she ambled off.
If i were to walk into this one again and idiot tattoo covered girl were working, i’d simply leave.

Drinks are not consistent at this starbucks location.
Whenever I go to Starbucks, I always order an iced green tea latte with soy and it’s usually delicious. When I came here for my drink, it came out fast but the lady making my drink put it together so quickly she didn’t even really mix it. As I watched her work on drinks, it was like she hurriedly put all of the ingredients into a cup, gave it a little shake, and then called the customer’s name. There wasn’t even a long line so I don’t know what the heck her rush was.
I grabbed my drink and tried to mix it as we walked to the car. But it was so clumpy I could not get rid of all of the powder and successfully mix it into my drink. Thankfully, the boyfriend and I needed to run some errands and happened to end up near another starbucks where I could ask them to remake my drink. Otherwise, I would have been drinking an unfinished drink of sweetness and clumps of powder.
The boyfriend ordered the valencia orange refresher. It was disgusting and all you could taste was sweet orange syrup. For every sip I took, I wanted a sip of water. We were not happy campers!!! But luckily, we paid with a gift card so we did not regret our starbucks trip too much.
An extra tip: to use the bathrooms, you have to ask a worker for a code to open the doors.

This Starbucks is conveniently located close to America’s Tires, which is where my car was going to be for an hour or so, while they put on new tires. I figured I could have some coffee & a scone, and kill some of that time.
It was an average Starbucks, as far as décor is concerned, and a fairly large one. The coffee was good, as it usually is, but my scone was stale, and I suspect it was at least a day old. If not, they need a new bakery, because it wasn’t good.
But my mission was accomplished, and waiting for my car didn’t seem bad at all.
