Came on a hot day and drive thru was closed so that’s a big inconvenience on this kind of days but drink was good

So time for my update … 5 stars they whole staff now here is just amazing they get ur order and never mess up. I think I’m mainly writing this review bc I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a very long time and everyone just knows how to cheer you up if your in the drive-Thru or inside and the always pay it forward. I know my old review but now I need to update . Yes this Starbucks always has a long line at the drive-thru any time of the day but it’s worth it!

So I got to Starbucks a lot like 3 – 4 times a week and I’m about to drop that because I get tired of paying what I pay for some water down coffee I hate that they can’t just make it good all the time make it worth it for what I pay I love Starbucks but when it’s good when they give me the quality of what I pay for and here it’s like they are busy so they just blend something up and they don’t care how it’s going to come out not cool

From a place that is supposed to be known for its hospitality and friendliness their customer service sucks. I went through drive through and ordered 4 drinks… started driving to work and noticed that there was a big leak coming from the cups and turned around to talk to them… all they did for me was say oh we’ll remake them… seriously?! Didnt say oh we’ll give u a refund or a bigger size just that they’ll remake it… so I ask and they say they can’t do anything about it because how are they supposed to know if the crack was from them or not? Mind you the straws still had the cover on them… it leaked all over my car so now I have to take customers home with a stain and a strong smell of coffee? Another custom lost…

Tried this location one more time. Biggest mistake I could of made. When we pulled into the parking lot, we were happy to see that the drive thru wasn’t backed up. We ordered a decaf americano, and a Venti iced dirty cinnamon Chia latte. As we waited at the window to pay for our drinks, i noticed 31lb pound bags of coffee placed outside of the window. I politely asked the young lady are they on sale or your monthly special? She literally looked through me and never answered the question. Again i tried to ask about the bags and she just totally dismissed me completely. If i wasn’t in a hurry to make a Dr’s, I would of walked in and returned my drinks and demanded my $$. To top it off… my daughter tells me that it was the worst tasting Chia — beverage! This is her regular drink so she’s knows what it SHOULDTASTELIKE. WON’T EVERRETURNTOTHISLOCATION!

Have had issues here before, and thought maybe they would have taken complaints to heart, but not the case. Second day in a row I have come in and stood at the counter without any acknowledgement from any staff member. I literary watched on girl walk in circles not knowing what she was doing. Step up the training here management!!!

I started going to coffee bean due to inconsistency with my order. I only came this morning because I have credit on my app. I ordered a venti soy machiato which looks like a glass of milk. There is no COFFEE in my drink. It’s just milk. This happened to me last week on Saturday as well. That time I ordered a grande with an add shot. Any other Starbucks my drink is a dark golden brown. I don’t understand why when I come here it’s not. I only order tea from them now. And I try to avoid this location because not matter how long the line is or what time of day I come the drive thru takes 20 minutes

I frequent Starbucks like so many of us do an average of 5 times a week. I just moved to the area where this particular one is located and I’ve tried it 4 times so far. Horrible quality so far, watered down every time! Service is great but coffee is not, thank goodness there’s one right across the street inside of TAGRET, only inconvenience there is that there’s no drive thru for those times I’m in a hurry. Worth the short walk for better coffee though.

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks ever! I don’t know why I keep even going?! When their are two other around ! Some sort management needs to pay them a visit or undercover boss or somebody?! Geez! 7⁄7 times its been poor service and a messed up order the last one was today on the burnt Danish how is it possible to burn it they’re suppose to be warming it up not baking it or toasting it and their was no other cars in the drive through and two people inside and the drink for what what ever reason was ¼ chocolate syrup even though I only asked for chocolate drizzle on TOP they put in on or around the cup?! ¼ of the cup?! Sucks that for the price you pay it should be grade A quality for the service as well quality … Clearly I’m not the only one that feels this way! Every review for the most part on here is the same thing, hopefully some type of management will take notice to all the reviews soon! I thought the 6th Trip here was bad bc I waited about 20 minutes in the drive through for my coffee drove home exit the freeway took a sip only to find out my cup had nothing but warm milk in it?! A venti warm milk! I must’ve some how sounded like I wanted a venti warm when I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha my fault I guess?! just the thought of that star bucks really made me mad for paying 8 –9 for warm milk or a burnt Danish! But now that I think about how badly they manage to mess up orders its kind of sad actually … like the picture says #youhadonejob! I finally learned my lesson 7⁄7 out times like I said with horrible everything was enough last time going today scouts honor!

I’ve been going to this location for years, and rarely had any issues, until now! The baristas are slow, and they always mess up my order or make my drink(s) incorrectly! They clearly need more training!

This review is mainly for the drive thru. This is a convenient on/off stop from I-91. However the drive thru lane is short so if it’s peak times the traffic overflows to main road. Plus the line does not move fast enough.

Horrible experience… there were 4 employee there. 3 had the head piece on for deive thru. My order was taken at 6:30 and one drink came out within 8 min, I had ordered 2. I was the only customer waiting for my drinks. They were so concerned about drive thru they weren’t taking care of the lobby. I had to ask for my 2nd drink and it took 10 min for that to be done. I’ve never waited 10 min even when there has been a line. The lobby should be just as important as the drive thru.

Friendly staff! I was served by a barista named Brandon and he was very nice! I had a coupon for a free drink and I was going to get grande but hes all like«you don’t want a large for free?» Lol he convinced me lol friendly staff! Thank you !

Slow. Insanely packed. Stupid location. It took 15 minutes in the drive through for a grande regular coffee and bagel with cream cheese. I work 10 minutes from here. It’s the only drive through location on my way in to work and I’m always late if i stop here

There are about 3 Starbucks around where I work, but this location is my favorite! Why? Because the baristas here are the friendliest, and they make my green tea latte with perfection. Often when I’m dreading to go to work I stop by here 1st because I know I’ll leave with a smile on my face. Blessings to the baristas.

This goes to the b*tch who took my order at the window. I asked her a few questions: «Hi, do you guys have white chocolate peppermint» Employee: «yes its in the menu» Me: «whats the difference between the white mocha & white chocolate» Employee: «its the same thing» in a mean tone Me: «well ok i didnt know» how does it taste? Employee: «idk, i dont drink that stuff» First of all. She made me look stupid. And the fact that she was so rude made my day worse! I was having a bad day as it is, and it got worse just cuz of her. I think he name was alinda? Or something like that. Then i called the manager, told her my experience & told me to come in next time to get a free drink & that she wrote down my name. Came on a saturday & an employee told me that my name wasn’t on the list really?! Never coming here again!

If I had the choice I would choose Lift Coffee Roaster down the street but Starbucks has a drive thru I use routinely before my 12 hour night shift in the ICU as a RN. Great service but the light to leave is a bit long.

I am here all the time. I drive-thru for morning coffee. I come here after work to study. I come here before I have a night out on the town. Baristas are nice and chill but, this is the slowest starbucks ever. Sometimes, the drive-thru doesn’t move. Cars are out to the street and I’m late for work. Crisis. When I go inside, I order my drink before I get situated anywhere. It’ll take atleast 5 minutes to pour a cup of hot coffee and 15 for a fancy drink. This starbucks and I have a love/hate relationship. They’re so slow, but the baristas, location, and open tables has me coming back.
