Uh no — the condition of the building has nothing to do with the lack of so called expertise of the staff… tried this place several times and third times the charm — bad color, worse cut.
I guess they only care about you if you are a «regular» and walk in the shadow of their awe!

Yes, the place is run down and looks old, however, Stephanie has been trained in London and Paris and grew up watching her mom do hair. She is a color magician and her hair cuts grow out perfectly! I am very picky about my hair and I think she rocks! By the way, I’m not old, so take a chance on Stephanie, you won’t be disappointed!
