If you care about your oral hygiene at all do not go here. The clinic is filthy, the walls, the floors, the equipments, everything. I waited for two hours to be seen by the dentist (mind you, I had an appointment) but still nothing. This Smile Wide Dental is a joke. Call the one in Loma Linda. The difference is like night and day. Staff isn’t professional either. I just don’t have anything positive to say about this clinic.

Not giving this place 5 stars Because their office, but because Lisa Chen took the time to speak with me about the issues here at this office. She offered her sincere apologizes for what had happened and referred me to another one of their offices. 5 stars for customer service and trying to keep a customer satisfied!

Wow, this place looks and smells terrible. I brought my Grandmother here for her appointment today and I have too say this is the most disgusting dental office I have EVER been in. They didn’t even a knowledge her when she went up to the desk and then proceeded to call her up 30 mins later to tell her that her insurance had not been verified yet! The chairs in the office are tagged up with graffiti that could easily be removed, they just don’t seem to care. Everything in there is sticky and looks gross. If this wasn’t the place my Grandmother was assigned to by her insurance plan I would have ran out with her in a heart beat!

This Dental office is the worst. My Son and I arrived at 10:15am for a 10:45am appt. As we waited in the lobby I kept seeing people taken in then brought back out. They called me son in at 11:45am for X-​rays then sent him back out because they have no rooms open. At 12:15pm they took him again to a room with the X-​rays on the wall and at 12:45pm we left. No one had been in to see him yet!!! This place over books appointments. Theres support to be 3 dentists there but usually they’ll give the excuse only 1 dentist is in. I’m really mad at 10:15am I wasn’t told they were 2 hrs. behind. When we arrived 30mins. early she acted like we would be seen before our 10:45am appt. My son had braces through this office for 3yrs. Then we had no choice to go elsewhere, now we do!!! Hurray!!!
