The experience at this location recently was a disappointment. The customer service is lacking, the checker was argumentative, rude speaking another language I hadn’t even paid for my groceries.
According to other employees (Sandy) the checker and her poor attitude are acceptable behaviors in this establishment. The store manager is aware and obviously supports poor performance (?) this employees rude behavior, and overall inability to execute customer service or she wouldn’t have a job here. I am questioning the store managers skill level and managerial knowledge.
Go to a different location if possible, the management doesn’t think highly of their customers.

Disappointed they didnt have 3 of the five things on my shopping list. And I’m talking about veggies, nothing hard to find anywhere else. But I was greeted and helped by a very nice young man who also sent me in the right direction. So I will try back again for other shopping needs.
