Singh Suzuki

If I could give them no stars I would. I brought my car in for a transmission repair. They did a horrible job. It was missing all the screws underneath the car that hold the plastic shield in place. So, that part was dragging on the street and the transmission was leaking a lot. I called them to complain and PHIL, service manager, was rude, refused to let me speak and then hung up on me. They are the most unprofessional dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was planning on trading in my 2008 Suzuki at their dealership, but I have since changed my mind after this experience. I will be officially complaining to Suzuki Corp.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. THERE ARE MANY, IF NOT ALL, OTHER DEALERSHIPS OUT THERE THAT ARE MUCH BETTER.
I would avoid all SINGH dealerships if they are like this.
