Before hiring Sanchez Painting we got 3 estimates with all 3 coming in very close in price. We chose Sanchez Painting because they were very professional and friendly through the estimate process. They kept the line of communication open via email, showed up when they said they would and did a good job.

We called to get an estimate on a rental house that we are selling and right from the start, Sanchez Paintjng was different.
First of all, they actually communicate. They return calls immediately, text you back, email information, and their technology in sending bids and paint samples is bar none. I did everything on my iPhone or iPad and it was completely paperless with copies of the contract and my paint choices being emailed to me for confirmation. NOBODY else has done this in any level for any type of work we’ve used in any of our houses.
Now, how was the work, you ask? Top notch. They used beautiful paint and it came out gorgeous. The workers that we had for the drywall repair and painting were all friendly and communicated well. They came to work when they said they would and finished by the promised time. How often does that happen in the construction world? Almost never, but it did with Sanchez Painting.
The bottom line? We won’t be using anyone else and we will be recommending them to EVERYONE who even mentions thinking about getting work done.
