S & W Industrial Plastics

When the glass in my patio table got broken, I knew who I would turn to to get it replaced. I have had good dealings with S&W Plastics before but never to have a piece cut to order. Naturally, I didn’t give them the best measurements, so when I returned home to fit the plastic in the table, it was slightly big. Naturally, I went back to get it trimmed, and they did the job just to make me happy. the good news in all of this is that the insert for my table fits perfectly. There is no way that I could be more pleased with what Phil did for me. You can bet that if I have a need for a similar product again, S&W Plastics will be the first place I turn to. The replacement that I got from S&W fits my table better than the original.

Although they are a small store, if you need Sheet Plastics, what they don’t have, they can get. Prices are good, and the people are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to do business with.

Guy in the back told me I was buying Sintra (moldable plastic) I use it quite often and needed super thin Sintra. I came in and the guy told me an item was Sintra. (2mm thick) I bought it and paid for it to be cut. Took it home and spent 8 hours cutting a pattern for armor (for a costume) I cut it all out and went to use my heat gun on it. To my dismay the plastic wouldn’t bend. I was pretty disheartened spending that much time wasted. Well that’s not the worst part. I load it all back in my car to take it back and the guy who sold it to me just shrugs. Wont refund or give me a discount on a new piece he even admitted error… I got the piece I needed took it to the counter and the guy charges me FULL PRICE. WHAT??!
I ended up spending 90 $ between the two pieces and 8 hours of wasted time all because of employee incompetence. I’ll never be returning. If I didn’t need that piece asap I would have walked away.

The guy behind the counter is a complete jerk. Sorry for trying to give you my money, pal.

If you need plastic, transparent cardboard or if you’re manufacturing something that needs plastic these guys probably have it. And they’ll even cut it for you. Now the service is great but it’s a little slow they do a great job though.

This store has been extremely helpful. The manager knows me as a regular customer and keeps things in stock that I cant get almost anywhere else. Very friendsly service.
