These people are as professional as it gets. They seem to care and the ladies that work there are always nice. I would use them again. 100%

We went to this mortuary cause we were told that they have a county program to help people on a fixed income… With that being said we went to fill out the paper work (quiet a lot) and when we walked in the smell hit us like a ton of bricks… The staff was not real professional and did not know much about the county program… I wish they would educate themselves a little more about what the county does… We finish our paperwork and she said that it would take a up to a week to hear from them… In the end my mother made to much to get County help… So my brother sat in the hospitals morgue for 5 days… I was so upset about that, as soon as we found out the county was not helping I asked them if the paper work we signed also meant we had to use them for my brothers services, the lady said no… So I told her I was going to call a couple other places for prices and she had the nerve to say Happy Shopping… WTF, I was so upset… I will never recommend this company to anyone… In the end we used a great company that was a lot more compassionate and caring… Our services where done with in a week… LIKE I SAID, I WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED THEM TO ANYONE…

very nice here and very helpful in a time of need. They will help you and your family out in your time of crisis. I highly recommend them for any services in the area. they will go up and beyond what you need.

Well, as much of a fan of a funeral home as you can be I suppose. When my Dad was in his final stages we had to call and find a mortuary to be on call, since he was in a pretty gnarly coma. Rubidoux mortuary was the only mortuary that actually had somebody answering phones 24-​hrs. We had called countless other mortuaries, and some of them didn’t get back to us until 8 – 10 hours later if at all. They were prompt and respectful when they picked up my Dad, the undertakers were dressed very nicely and gave me as much time with his body as I needed to dress him, pay my final respects and send him on his final journey. After he arrived at the mortuary, they were very understanding and prompt about handling his remains. The staff was very compassionate and helpful. As devastating as it is to lose a loved one, having excellent and hassle-​free customer service really made the process much easier.
