Riverside Inn & Suites

Room looked like a murder scene. Was not safe for my daughter n i. look at pictures. oh and by the way the laundry is outside located in the parking lot!!! Unsanitary.

Standard hotel, that I definitely would not want to come back to. Asked for a first floor option cause I had my elderly grand father with me and they gave me a second floor room. Not cool. Place is not what I’m used to, but for a cheap option, you get what you pay for.

HORRIBLE! we made a reservation, gave them our card number, AND received our room number. Then once we showed up, all rooms were taken and we were turned away by a man working the night shift 10÷4÷15, with the worst customer service I have ever seen!!! Our room was taken, they took our card number and then turned us away — ILLEGAL AND SKETCHY-​, and nasty service from this man! Deserves 0 stars

This hotel is named after the city. If the city knew how they ran this hotel they would not allow riverside to be in the name. Lousy hotel with nasty towels and a$ 50 deposit. Not worth the $ 123 for one night. Its a whore hotel.

Disgusting place… Beds are extremely hard… Every single one of the towel hangers were literally falling off the wall… Street noise could be heard very loud in the room… Bathroom smelled super musty… Kids playing loudly outside and people playing music in their cars really loud too… Really horrible place to stay! My «Pillows» we’re actual couch cushions!!! Towels smelled like bleach… Phone didn’t work…

A few things:
1) There were dead bugs in between the sheets.
2) The bath towels were old, stained and rough. The bath floor mat was whiter.
3) It took 2 – 3 attempts to ask for service.
4) Cleaning to them was just making the bed, but never replace towel. So I had to ask every night.
5) The lady (wife) at the front desk gets frustrated and blames the customers repeatedly. She had an S.O.L attitude and tries to change the subject.
Overall, you get what you pay for. Poor quality, poor service at the Econolodge, I mean now called Riverside Inn.

I would rate this place negative upon negative stars if I could! No joke, this place is disgusting and on top of that horrible guest service from whatever guy is on night duty 2÷7÷15. I called for a pillow because there was only one pillow for a 2 person room and I said 2 people when the (nice) lady asked. All he could say to that was «uh it’s too late for that.» wtf?! So I was like ok, well can we get some towels because there is not a single towel and he was like «come and get them». There was no battery in the remote and when I asked for that he was just like ok and hung up! I had more things to complain about lol, so incredibly rude.
Besides the service, the room is horrible. It looks spacious, but the toilet doesn’t flush even after plunging. The bathroom floor was dirty, the bathtub doesn’t drain, the air conditioner air smells and it hardly works well anyway, walls are dirty, and though there are dispensers, there were no toiletries provided. On top of that, this bed is literally the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had to sleep on.
Also, someone just tried very aggressively to open the door. Scared the s*** out of me as I sat there in stunned fear!
This places only saving grace is that it’s minutes from Tyler mall and all the restaurants around it. But that has nothing to do with the motel itself. I only came here because every motel in san Bernardino and riverside was booked for some reason, but it’s nowhere near being worth the $ 65 they charged me.
Never again Riverside Inn and Suites. Never again.
