River Oaks Apartments

Good day folks, if you are looking to be harassed and judged by Arturo Delgado (the midget who runs this place) this place is for you. The property is under a family managed team who will toss you out if you disagree with them even if you pay your rent on time. I would not recommend this place as the management of this complex are un experienced. They dont care about your peaceful living, rather only about themselves and who they like and how they can juice your for the max amount of $. The only reason I give it an extra star is because of its location, other than that the complex is being poorly managed by a little man who thinks he is big. Very true about the insects and the mosquito’s and the management will more than likely not do anything about it. Advice, find another place if you want peaceful living.

I would rather have lived under the 91 fwy in a cardboard box as oppose to this place!!! The manager is ESL and only likes his peeps that come SOUTH OF THE BORDER if you get my drift!!! The APT they moved me into was dirty and filthy, they didn’t paint and when I asked them why, the manager told me they were cutting cost and couldn’t afford it. The washer and dryer in the unit was BROKEN DOWN so bad, that when I washed my clothes it disturbed the entire complex, oh but they replaced it with a «NEW» one, ya well this one damn near caught the apt on fire being it stayed on for 7 hours!!! What a DAMN DISASTER this place is!!! Trust me people this place is NO GOOD!!! The location is not good either, in the one month I was there 3 cars had been stolen!!! Also if you don’t speak SE HABLA ESPANOL you will have a difficult time communicating with management! GOOD LUCK!!!

My friend lives here and he likes it. There seems to be way too many kids for my liking. The pool is always filled with families having bbq’s and kids swimming. The tennis court usually looks empty and run down. The river flowing through needs more water, it’s looking kind of dry.
Good location! Next to Castle Park and Target plus the mall and plenty of restaurants. I’m not from Riverside but overall it seems like a nice place to live for the price.
