Master trainer (and owner) Greg is the most inspiring, helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He knows everything about getting fit! So many different people come here, if it be to recover from a stroke or to train for a marathon, Greg and his team make anything feel possible!
Pro fitness 4 health specializes in neurological diseases. They work with stroke patients that suffer from paralysis and spasticity, diabetics, neuropathy, spinal and brain injury. On top of all that they also help with obesity and weight related problems!
When you first walk into his shop there is a sign that says «To the glory of God this is where you leave your cane.» With FIVE canes already on the wall what could be more inspiring than that? If you need to get healthy this is THE BEST place to do it.
