I’ve been strength training at Precision Fitness since January 2012. My goals were to tone my whole body, and most importantly, improve strength in my upper back, shoulders, and arms so that I could perform my nursing duties without injury or fatigue anymore. I’m excited to post that these goals have been met already and then some… I now jump out of my lowered car with ease instead of slowly struggling while deep breathing, haha! I can also handle more work and if I overdo it in my job, my recovery time is less than 1 full day instead of 3+ days. My whole-hearted thanks to Debbie and all her staff for positive reinforcement of diet, nutrition, and proper exercise technique. Debbie’s personality is always happy & upbeat; she’s very attentive to each of her clients’ moves and questions. I continue my membership as long as I’m able to for maintenance and to keep feeling great.
