Bought my 70″ Vizio today from here. Joel helped me throughout the process. I called the night before and it was after hours but Joel still managed to give me all the information needed to purchase the TV so I have him my business. I brought my 1 year old son with me and it was one of those days where he was all over the place and Joel or Frank didn’t mine. They waited patiently and answered all my dumb questions and Joel even tied my son’s shoe when it fell off. I’ll definitely will purchase other item here in the future.

Best experience I’ve ever had buying a TV. I was helped out by Jose Miranda, very professional and knowledgeable about all TVs in and out of the store. I was really put at ease by not feeling pressured to get something I didn’t want. He took the time to ask what I was looking for in a TV and many other questions so he could recommend the perfect TV for me and my family. Such a great guy, I opened up a Unilocal account just to post a rating. Hopefully he is still around the next time I am looking for a TV. Hopefully soon, if my wife let’s me!

Buying a TV here has been such a pleasant experience. I saw the promo on their website for the Sharp 70LE757 and walked in the store to check out the TV in person on 9⁄30. I had Joe helping me every step of the way. He is nice to talk to and knowledgeable about TVs, answered all of my questions. Bought the TV at the price even cheaper than some of the non authorized on-line sellers. TV delivered 2 days later as I requested and the delivery guys set it up(white glove service). It’s a beauty! There was supposed to be a gift card(part of the promo for some on-line stores’ gift cards) delivered with the TV, but it wasn’t. Called back and talked to Chad, very nice guy and he’s ensured me that they will get the gift card and either himself or Joe will call me when is ready to pick up from the store… talk about service! If you are looking to buy a TV, I would definitely recommend this place. And make sure to ask for Joe or Chad. :)

We went to Pauls to look at the prices before we headed across the parking lot to Best Buy to purchase our new television. We figured it would be overpriced, due to its seeminly small store. We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in. First off, we were greeted by a friendly salesman, Joe, immediately upon entering. Quite a different experience from Best Buy, where you have to hunt help down. Joe was beyond knowledgeable about his products, and answered all of our questions. He was completely open and willing to show us televisions that were in our requested budget, showing us different options and explaining the benefits of the apps, etc. We were never once rushed, or made to feel we were an imposition. The checkout was easy. Joe even gave us paperwork to receive a $ 100.00 rebate from the electric company. The delivery and setup was beyond easy. They called to set the appointment on the date they promised. They arrived prepared, even having extra cables and such, in case we didn’t have all we needed. The tech guys took plenty of time to explain the new system, and when they left, I felt I understood how to work the television. I just received a phone call from Joe, asking how we were enjoying our new toy. This made me very happy. So happy, in fact, that I am planning on making another purchase there this week. Their prices are competitive, but better than that, is that you feel that you were taken care of, and that the company cared about how you were treated. I like that.
