Papa John’s Pizza

If I could give 0 i would you order a pizzas they come 1/​½ hours later they are wrong you call again they say ok thirty minutes nope hour and half wrong again manager says I will give you credit for another day called to use got a hard time stopped by to pick up just in time to hear the manager joking with employees to mess it up again? Really what a joke of a business. and how unprofessional!!! This manager should be fired she’s a big joke!!! So I hope people think twice before going here!!!

I love Papa Johns and order at least once a month when I’m too busy with work to cook. Last week we ordered a pizza and it took an hour to arrive. I was annoyed, but it was dinner time so I knew it couldn’t be helped.
Today, they lost my business permanently. I ordered a pizza at 2:30. After 20 minutes, I called the store because I hadn’t received the order confirmation email and wanted to make sure it had gone through. The employee said it had, and it would be delivered within the next 15 minutes, putting my delivery time at 3:05. It’s now 3:45 and my pizza still isn’t here. I called to cancel and they didn’t seem apologetic at all. Thanks for absolutely nothing, guys.

Just spent $ 40.00 on the worst pizza I have ever eaten! Dry, tasteless and so hard to eat that my jaw hurts. So I call the store to tell them about the food and how horrible it is and have now been on hold for over 10 minutes!!! NEVER AGAIN! Stay away from this nasty place…

They ripped me off. They have a sign in the window advertising some special for 12.00 a pizza and some cookie type of pizza for 5.00, was a NFL promo. They ended up charging me 12.50 per pie X4. Its only 2 dollars but its till not as advertised.

Other than that the pizza was exactly what I expected from PJs

We love this pizza and all kind of choices they have, the staff is very friendly too, the only inconvenient is the location, sometimes is scary to go by myself, this papa johns is a little hidden from the street and the shopping center where it is located is kind of empty around and dark. Is better to order for delivery.

We ordered two medium pizzas for delivery and everything seemed fine. 30 minutes goes by and I get a call saying I was out of range for delivery… 30 minutes later!!! I call back saying if my pizza was ready since the guy on the phone didn’t even tell me if it was or wasn’t. He said it was ready so I asked if I could pick it up and he said yes. I also asked if I could get a discount for the inconvienance so they gave me $ 5 off. After I drive down to pick them up I get home to open the box and the pizzas were really small. Didn’t look like two mediums at all! It was my first time eating papa johns pizza in 7 – 10 years and it might be another 10 years before I go again… If they’re even still around

Would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been ordering from here for a couple years only every now and then because it’s the only one besides Pizza Hut that would deliver to our neighborhood. It’s always late, always not hot, always just ok… so it’s really my fault I kept ordering. But anyway– Ordered a pizza 4pm. Shows up at 5:10. I ask the driver if they’ll do anything about it. He’s confused, like I should have given him a big tip for just showing up. tells me I can call the store. I suggest he calls and discusses w/​his manager since he’s the one who’s late. He comes back and I swear he says, «He says if you want the pizza you have to pay for it.» Leaves– with the order. OMG. I call the store, and the ‘manager’ Sean picks up and couldn’t care less. The most fake, Sorry you are not happy spiel. So I ask for his manager, he gives me a fake name and #. Seriously? I call the 1=800 # and it takes until today — two + weeks– from the date of the issue to call back. They’ve seriously lost me forever. Do not order from here. It’s better to just get a DiGiorno from Ralphs.

I loved ordering their Cinnapie, but I haven’t gotten it in a while. I ordered one today. I should have checked inside the box before leaving. When I got home, the pie was over baked. I took a bite, and all I tasted was hard dough. It’s not sweet at all.
1 star is added for the sweet employee who helped me out. Sadly, he was told to help us when another employee was working the front. We didn’t get a greeting from that employee either. She was also using inappropriate language in front of customers. I understand that there are pressures at work, but foul language shouldn’t be used while customers are present.

I’ve been ordering from this papa johns for a while now and every time they get it wrong! I always pay extra for dipping sauce and everytime they NEVER bring it! And I finally called to complain the «manager» she wasn’t helpful at all. No customer service skills. You work at a pizza place your job isnt hard. We are sending a complaint to corporate hopefully they will hire a better manager who can handle unsatisfied customers.

Papa johns pizza is the best!
We love ordering pizza for office lunch and delivery is always on time! Online ordering is also very easy and often they have online deals…
I would recommend this papa johns location to my family/​friends in riverside anytime! Thank you papa johns staff for great pizza!

Once again late and not ready as promised. Made me wait an xtra 20 minutes. Another time I came in to pick up my order, the computers went down and the whole operation stopped at the store. Sad to see a million dollar company with no back up plan. Maybe the management and workers need to be trained more efficiently. Totally unacceptable!!!
