My experience with Pacific Golf Clubs and specifically Jim could not have been better. They have great prices on services and parts and quality service.

Jim is great. I had the wrong clubs ordered +1″ and they were way to short. Being 6’8″ i needed +4″ Jim worked with me to get new clubs sent out and replaced. Great quality and fit great. Thanks Jim for your help!

My husband desperately needed a new set of clubs, so I thought it would be a great birthday present. My suggestion would be to call and schedule an appointment to get the personal attention needed for a great fit. My husband is very happy with the service and his clubs.

I made a purchase on November 13^th, 2012 and to this date Jim the owner has done nothing but lie to me. He has never filled the order, never given a refund, never called or emailed me back. I got the BBB that covers the Riverside, CA area to intervene and they have sent two letters requesting an answer and to date, 2−20−13, Jim has not replied to them either.
He’s a Fkn crook in my opinion and a coward since he won’t even respond.
Had to give one star because the system won’t take no stars. I’d give them a –10 stars.

I purchased a set of clubs from PGC. Specifically a driver and a putter. I was prompted to look into Pacific Golf because my dad bought a driver and was so extremely impressed with it that he bought a set of irons and finally a fairway driver from Jimmy. Jimmy measures your wrist-​to-​ground length, grip size, hand size, as well as your height and build. He combines that along with an interview on your playing style to try to build a custom club that enhances your shot and its particularities. My dad is a leftie and so is my brother. My brother borrowed the set of Pacific Golf Clubs and played 18-​holes and ordered himself an entire set. Seeing how happy and satisfied they were with their clubs was what led me to contact Jimmy about a set for myself, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m more of a beginner so the best part for me was the value. Because my brother and dad recommended PGC and had bought their sets there, Jimmy gave me a driver and a putter for $ 139. I have already decided I will buy a set of irons from him. Besides selling custom made clubs, he has all the usual suspects in terms of brands and styles. I was very impressed with how friendly and comfortable he made the entire process. As for the reviewer who waited a while for clubs, I can’t speak of that. I ordered on a Tuesday and got a call from Jimmy the next Tuesday saying my custom clubs were ready to be picked up. I highly recommend PGC.
