Don’t go here! They are not friendly. They didn’t seam to want to work on my hover saying «oh! This is a piece of junk. But I can sell you a good vacuum We get hovers in just like this they are all bad. «. Really, well mines under warranty. They sent me to you to fix. They said, Well it will take 4 weeks or less. This is broke this is bad oh and this is broke. Like he didn’t want to even touch it.. I said thats fine it’s under warranty. Few days later they call me saying that it’s not under warranty and they can’t get parts. Which is bull!!! I had to call Hoover and they called them. Thinking all is well. Oreck clean home center just called me and said. Everything is good. But now we need the proof of purchase! What after the insurance company called you to tell you that it’s under warranty! So I called insurance again. And they are calling them again! Don’t take your vaccines there!!! You have been warned!

I took my hardley used Oreck Air Cleaner in due to on off button slipped loose and couldnt turn on. So they fixed the button .When I got it home the switch was so tight hard to go back and forth. Whatever they did, it effected the roller from spinning to clean the air. Now its been sitting wasting. The manager told I should be running it all the time. I would if it would work!! The quy who repaired the switch obviously effected whatever controls the roller. It will sometimes turn if I can get the switch in a sweet spot. SHOULDN’T“T BE LIKE THAT. Thats way I haven’t taken it back nagain

Felt like I was taken advantage of, not sure my cleaner needed the repairs that they said, very high sales push! Won’t go back
