Wow, HORRIBLE customer service! I went in to get a pair of Persol sunglasses and have my lenses put into them. Even though I can get them with lenses from afeyewear for only $ 240, I chose to support the local shop and was prepared to go in and spend an extra $ 200. What can I say? I love my city and want to support local business, but after my experience on the morning of 8÷15÷14, I walked out of the store and will never return! The woman with brown hair, glasses and a bit of the heavy side, made it clear through her tone and short answers that she did not want to help me. I asked what she thought of the glasses and her response was«what about them?». She responded like I had asked a seriously stupid question. When I tried to explain that I intended to use tinted lenses rather than the clear lenses displayed in them she responded by saying«yeah, those are sunglasses. They’ll look like they’re supposed to». I mean really? I’m a guy, shopping for glasses by my self. Is a little assistance too much to ask? I will tell you, I heard the guy talking to a couple of customers and he seemed to be very friendly. Maybe this lady is too and it was just too early for her. Maybe she’s having family problems or issues with a pet. I don’t know the reason for her poor customer service today, but I will not be giving her or this store a second chance. Oh, they do have a nice selection of frames!
