Pretty solid lottery shop that also sells donuts. The lotto machine really stands out here. Honestly the donuts are pretty decent. Nothing fancy like cro-nuts but solid fritters, old fashion, glazed, etc. my parents for whatever reason think this is the most amazing donut shop in the history of the world, but they are from a small town in Oklahoma so their bar is pretty low. The people who work here aren’t the friendliest folk in the world but they will sell you donuts. I’ll average my three stars with my parents five stars and go with four.

Unbelievably rude! Angry, grumpy guy behind the counter who clearly didn’t want to have to help anyone. I ended up saying«That’s ok, I’ll go somewhere that wants my business.» I had initially stopped to get 5 dozen donuts, the jerk behind the counter simply grunted responses as I ordered and asked questions. It looked like the place was a haven for transients and the floors were filthy. I wouldn’t even enter this place again to steal a napkin.

I was craving donuts about an hour(9:30pm) ago so I stopped to a few up. This place is open 24 hours so I expected to find at least a decent selection but they were pretty much empty. Disappointing. What’s the point of opening 24 hours when the donut trays are empty. The donuts left over didn’t look appetizing so I got one of their apple fritter. It was okay. Still, wasn’t satisfied with my experience.

I came here when I was craving donuts one evening I hadn’t had one it a while I got a maple bar and a apple fritter for myself and others for my family at home. They where your average donuts nothing to special hits the spot. Was fairly busy being later in the evning. Place surrounding it didn’t feel to good got a sketchy vibe form the people lingering in the parking lot of this place. But otherwise good donuts

I used to go to Mr blues all the time, but I work closer to a winchell’s now, so when I heard it was national donut day, I got excited to bring home donuts to the family. I was already at Albertsons and decided to go inside Mr blues. NODONUTSUNTIL10PM, their handwritten sign said. All the trays were emptied and no one in sight. Finally the older lady came out and wouldn’t make eye contact with me, she just said sorry. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take more than 5 hours to make donuts.

The doughnuts here have always been absolutely amazing. We’ve been getting doughnuts here since 1991. I moved to Oklahoma in 2001 and every time I return to Cali I always get my favorite doughnuts here. The Apple Fritters are the best I’ve had and tops anywhere else.

Stopped here randomly while on my way to a friend’s house and was quite pleased. Bought an apple fritter and it ended up being the best one I’ve ever had. It was thick, delicious, and definitely worth my money! :)

This place is great! The donuts are beautiful, clean, and delicious! Mr. Blue is very welcoming! He smiles and welcomes every customer and even tries to converse here and there. He remembers his customers. He constantly keeps busy, making sure his shop always looks presentable. The shop is in a little plaza next to a high school, so don’t be turned off by a group of teens in/outside his shop! He handled them all very well and works quickly. They also have donuts I had never seen before! This is always exciting for a donut fan like me, haha.

I’ve been coming to this shop for over 20 years. My mom used to wake me up at 1am and we’d go get a dozen doughnuts while they were still warm. I love that they’re 24 hours, and they are close enough to my place to satisfy my late night cravings. Plus they have doughnut holes which are awesome. My only gripe and reason for holding back a star is that their dozen is $ 3 more than the other Mr. Blues in Corona(not affiliated apparently) for the same quality doughnuts.

I was never a donut fan until I tried mr. blues … I’m addicted lol I love how fresh every donut is. They are very fluffy and the guy that works there is very sweet. The reason I give it 4 stars is because they only accept cash and I rarely have cash. But that might be a good thing or I’ll become obese lol but to be honest they will prob get even more business if they started accepting visa.

It’s so-so. Gets it stars for being next to the drive-in and next to Sushi Asahi. Get sushi, get donut, see a double header at the Drive-in. Done. Tried the apple fritter and felt like I was just eating a fritter, minus the apple. Boooo! It’ll do I guess… Cash only.

My search for the elusive ham, egg & cheese croissant took me to Riverside this past Friday. I pulled up expecting disappointment – I’ve been skunked so many times already. I take a look at the menu and don’t see it. I ask the cashier if they offer it. He said that he can make it for me. I say, «do it, do it.» Hot croissant, egg, ham & cheese. YESSIR! But it’s cash only folks, so I had to run over to the Albertson’s around the corner and got stuck with $ 2.50 worth of atm fees… weak. The croissant wasn’t THAT good…

Oh man. I was out in Riverside this last week and drove by this place that serves up some good and bad memories for me. I use to get super high with an ex and then drive over here. If you get there right after midnight they always had fresh doughnuts. And you can’t beat a fresh doughnut, especially when the frosting on the top is still dripping down the sides. Oh man I miss this place more than my ex.

This is THE donut shop my parents took me to when I was growing up. It will always have a special place in my heart :) Honestly, I think they have the best donuts in town. I’ve tried other places and they’re usually stale, dry, or just not as good. Mr. Blues is also open 24 hours, so that’s a plus. I only had one bad experience there… after my brother’s wedding(2005), I went here and no one came from the back to help me. One guy saw me and just went back to doing what he was doing. After 3 minutes, I left. Haven’t had that problem at any other time.
