My grandmother moved in this complex back in June 2015, Since then her car has been stolen twice, broken into numerous times and I was told security comes around but, even when I have called due to having homeless roaming the parking lot or sleeping in the bushes they NEVER manage to show up.(Due keep in mind I waited over an hour) also, the complex claims to be seniors 55+ but, there are residents that live there that are NOT and have kids! Possibly because the complex excepts sections 8 vouchers and not just for seniors. I called ConAm corporate office as well as HUD /section 8 several times and left numerous messages with NO replies. The lighting is very poor in the parking areas, only 9 camera’s in the complex so, if you are a resident in the back buildings make sure to have an alarm system and car insurance because your on your own. Oh! and if you think the managers care to look over the camera’s to see your car walking out on it’s own they will be sure to tell you they don’t have enough time to go threw the footage(probably because it’s NOT there car) Also, there are an extreme amount of wild cat’s roaming the complex grounds, some are sick with gross mucous coming out of there eyes, some are pregnant, and some just look like they have been hit by a car and need to be put down. The only good thing I can say is thank goodness for the front office receptionist Keisha, she’s the only person who seems to show any concern for the residents. Hopefully something is available for my grandma when her lease is up. P. S. If you really want to see the complex for its true self come by after 5pm.
