McDonald’s

This is just like every other McDonald’s. The food is all the same. So if you like McDonald’s, it is reliable and run-​of-​the-​mill. The Fridays are usually hot here. The shakes are usually cold. Depending on the time of day there can be quite a line through the drive-​through. The service is as expected. They have a play place for kids-​sometimes it’s clean sometimes it’s not. But, again the fries are hot and that is really way you go to McDonald’s anyway.

TERRIBLE service, unsanitary in-​store experience. After waiting nearly 25 to 30 minutes for just a coffee, the cashier couldn’t even figure out how to ring up my coffee. I told him «This is ridiculous, I’m leaving.» and headed for the door. The manager did step in as I attempted to leave the store and I will say he was helpful and apologetic and did give me my coffee for free but the location is still very dirty, there was trash everywhere, when I attempted to complain to the BBB this specific location didn’t even show up. I commonly go to McDonald’s locations and almost never have a problem, they are typically clean overall but this one particular location is the exception. Don’t ever go to the 8875 Limonite Ave McDonalds location! Their staff is completely untrained and the building gives you the feeling you need to immediately take a shower after going inside… I’m still grossed out.

Gross. dry…and sloppy!!! food. Just ordered big Macs and well spent $ 22 bucks on food that we just threw away! Never again will we come here.

My boyfriend just got home from picking up 9 sausage mcmuffins from the drive thru and waiting like half an hour. When I opened the sandwiches, they were all different. I called the manager and told her about it. She told me to come back and she would switch them out. It’s already an inconvenience to have to drive all the way back and wait for our correct order. Then they say they are only going to give us 6 sandwiches?!
EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED!
This is my regular McDonalds, but I think I’ll be driving further to the one on Valley Way from now on! :)

The employees here have NO sense of urgency… doesn’t matter of there is one person in the restaurant or drive thru or 30. the employees move at the same pace…
