What a nightmare! Can’t decide whether this place is more like Fort Knox or Alcatraz: which is harder… finding one’s way in, or OUT!!! The parking lot is like a maze designed to test mice in a lab experiment.
The employees are all semi-​impaired in some form or another.
Neither English, nor Spanish is spoken nor understood.
If you come here, bring Advil!

This Mc Donald’s was Horrible! The toilets are leaking so it’s dirty water all on the floor! We dined in and all the tables were Nasty with syrup bar b que sauce trash and crumbs the chairs were sticky where someone spilt juice and no one ever got it up my pants was stuck to it and it stained

We stopped here because we needed to use the bathrooms. We figured that while we were here we’d have a burger and some fries. They had all those things.

It took me almost a good half hour to get my food when all I ordered was a small french fry. Opening the door creeped me out as everything in the restaurant seemed to be dirty. When I finally got my food they forgot my drink and I was left parched for the rest of the day. I don’t plan on returning here anytime soon. I would recommend going to a different Mcdonald’s or a Wendy’s.

Gross! The employees are extremely rude. The shift lead carrying on about inappropriate topics. Garbage all over the floors under the tables and empty condiments all empty. The food was ok, but surroundings awful.

Each of my party’s 4 orders was incorrect, ordered a black coffee and got extra cream and sugar, one sausage egg and cheese sandwich only came with a slice of cheese… This list goes on. I get its McDonald’s but I’ve gotten much better accuracy and service from many other locations.

I try to write more about my positive experiences through Unilocal,but candidly, this morning I need to document some well justified awful service I have been receiving from this particular location for over a year now. I work in Riverside and stop almost every morning to grab coffee. A third of the staff there are pleasant the other two thirds are outright miserable. I can appreciate their jobs not being the most pleasant or highest paying especially right off of exit 5 on 95. This morning, I’m waiting for a large coffee and all the carafes are near empty. While I wait for them to fill and eventually get my large coffee, other cashiers are using the still filling carafes to bang out small coffees by ducking the cups under the brew machine. I mention this and ask to forget my large coffee and give me a small because I need leave. My cashier completely ignores me. The manager steps in. I know, the coffee is a dollar but maybe the the extra dollar and change is worth just going to Starbucks. This location like many are owned by the Trefz famliy, maybe they need to do more mystery shopping.

The service is just okay. I cannot see any smile but it is okay because we all were tired in the late night. I ordered 6 pieces nuggets to go but they left the food right on the front desk without letting me know. It took me a while to figure out which bag was mine. The restroom was really horrible.

This seems like an odd McDonalds. No drive thru I could see.

The service here was really bad. I ordered 1 large coffee with milk, thats it. The lady took my money and then started to make the coffee. She put sugar and cream in it. Hellooooo… I just said 1 large coffee with milk. Was that too hard to understand? and then she did not apologize or say anything back to me when she changed and made it right. She gave me the coffee without looking at me.
You have to get better employees than this, seriously. If you can’t get one simple coffee order correct I scared to order anything else.
She didnt even get a new cup but washed the original cup and gave that to me! what a shame.

The service is awesome here. The free refills are great. The dollar ice cream is awesome too!
The place is always clean and they’re pretty awesome about spills too.
The parking lot is a little small though. Sometimes, on a good day, you’ll need to park over by CVS!
Ahh. and the entrance to the parking lot (be careful!) it’s not off of the post road. You have to make a right into the plaza (like you’re going to CVS) and then from there, you’ll need to make a left into the parking lot. It’s tricky, but you’ll get it after a couple of times!

Just a normal McDonalds with free wifi. Pretty well run.

So sometimes a girl just needs an ice cream after driving through New York City late at night. Which this place provided the right spot for the time and location I was in. It is your standard McDonalds, however there is no drive thru. Just an intresting point to Unilocal about.
