Before finding this dealer, I tried three other closer dealers to buy a Stihl yard device. One told me he would order it but would charge me shipping and wanted my credit card number ahead of time, and when I called for an update two weeks later, he hadn’t ordered it, and said he was planning to do that in a couple more weeks. Canceled. Another dealer told me he had some on the way, and that he would call me as soon as they were in. Never called back. Another dealer simply did not answer the phone.
This made it all the more surprising when I received such excellent customer service at the last Stihl dealer I tried. Both the owner and representative were very nice. They had what I needed in stock, and they made sure I was happy with it before I left. Exceptionally good customer service, and perhaps the best I’ve experienced in California.
